HELP with a specific ff....help

hi everyone
so schools about to start for me so i thought id go back and reread some of my favorite ff cuz i wont have time with school does start. ive read my other favorites like revengeful love, dil ki har ek dhakhan, temptations, prem ki deewani, pyaar ki yeh daastaan, love forever..etc....but i can't find this one specific ff. I dont recall the name but ill rite a littel summary of it for u guys. Please if u could give me the name of the ff and the link, that would be great. I would really appreciate it.

Story:
Prem. Preet , and Veera are fashion designers, makeup artists, and interior designers. Thier parents are same as in the show. Heer is a tom boy, goes to college I think. Same parents as show. Shes was best friends with prem when they were little but when he moved she went into a depression and became a tom boy. Shes a dancer or shes dancing for her college or uncle's show. Prem is the sponsor and he knows that heer loves him. He comes to india to marry her but he firsth changes her into a beautiful gurl. Heer is unaware of his identity. She has this book in which she has drawn the clothes everyone would wear on her and prem's engagement and wedding.

I hopes thats enough for u guys to figure out the name.
