esha you managed to talk with the girl.i was ringing and ringing and no one picked up and then receptionist told me that call after 1 hr .She is not at her place.Stupid SP...Actually now they don't have face to show us....

yes i managed to speak with response department, oh GOSH, those SP seem to know me, from Singapore but i told her i'm in India right now... when i ask her is it one way communication from response to programmer team, no revert from them, i dont believe this and she put me on hold, the phone ring and ring and hang...

The 2nd time i call again, the recep trf the call but it ring and ring and finish...
