Heer runs outside ...........into the rain...........all through the way she remebers how last time Prem had said Alvida........the Delhi incident...........The video footage of Prem..........how she cried her heart out watching it...............

Heer was worried like hell..........

She stands helplessly on the road...........crying and shouting out---- PREMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!! PremMMMMMMMMM????????????

She thinks sobbing---- kahaan dhoondoo main tumhey...........main jaanti hoon tum theek nahiin ho..........tum mujhey kehtey rahey.......mainney nahiin snaa............tum mujhey samjhaatey rahey............mainney nahiin samjhaa............Prem kahaan ho tum?

Her eyes fall on someone lying on the ground..........some distance away she could see a car's headlights turned on..........Heer runs towards the place..........

Reaching their...........heer quickly bends down and turns to see who it was?............

It was prem indeed ............unconscious..........his head bleeding...........

Heer says embracing prem's face with her hands--- prem...........Prem aankhein kholo prem...........baat kao mujhsey...........(Prem doesn't move).............PREMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heer cries putting her head against Prem's forehead..........

Prem stirs and slowly opens his eyes saying ---- HEER...........

Heer looks up as she sees Prem opening his eyes...........and looking at her..........

Heer says-- Prem...........main..........

Prem says weakly interrupting Heer---- Main haar gaya Heer............Yeh Prem juneja sab kuch haar gaya.............apna pyaar...........apni har khushi haar gaya...........har rihtey se haar gaya...........har apney ko haar gaya............aaj aakhiri baar iss zindagi se haarega.............

Heer sobs-- nahiin Prem...........main tumhey kuch nahiin honey doongi............

Prem looks at Heer's face..........his eyes fall on Heer's forehead and sees her maang filled with his red blood............Prem's lips break into a smile...........heer looks at him confused...............Prem says softly --- Bahot dil tha umhey yun dekhney kaa..........aaj meri yeh aakhiri tamnna bhi poori ho gayi............(with that he falls unconscious o the ground)

Heer gets upr frantically walking on the road to find someone to stop the car as Prem's car had already broken down…………

After a while Heer sees a black car come that way and she waves for the driver to stop…………the car stops and the drier ppulls down the glass………..when Heer turns around saying--- Woh……….mere pati……..(she turns around to talk to the driver and is shell shocked to see who it was…………IT WAS ASLESHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)………..

Heer stood dumbfounded…………and then finding her voice she says--- Ashlesha……….Prem……….Prem ko bahot chot laggi hai……..usse ussey……….hospital………..

Ashlesha who was stunned herself………..quickly gets down the car and with heer's help she puts Prem in the backseat and make way to the hospital…………

There the docs admit Prem………..and Heer walks up and down from one end to the other of the hallway……….in front of the OT………..while……………….Ashlesha stood silently thinking to herself---- in donon pyaar ke panchiyon kaa ghoslaa toh mainney bahot saal pehley hii ujaad diya tha……….phir aaj………..doon saath…………kuch samajh nahiin aa raha yeh kaisey hua?..............Maa se baat kartii hoon…………

She leaves from there ………..

Heer was passin a mirror on the wall when she stood still and stunned…………she turns around and stares at her forehead………..her maang red!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She remebrs Prem saying---- Bahot dil tha tumhey yun dekhney kaa……….

Heer rubs her forehead frantically……….but the colour doesn't go……………

She hears Ashlesha's voice coming………..

She walks upto there and listens standing at the doorway…………

Ashlesha was saying--- Mujhey kya pataa maa……….yeh sab kaise ho gaya?..............Mainney toh koi kasar nahiin chodii thi Prem aur heer ko alag karney mein………..Jab Heer ne Prem se naraaz hokar Sheher chodaa……….tabhi main bhi uss ghar ko chod aayi………..Lekin aaj …………achaanak…………Mujhey toh bas yahii darr lag raha hai kahiin heer ko pataa chal gaya………..kii uss raat aisa kuch nahiin hua toh who kya karegii mera?......................waise ussey pataa lagega bhi kaisey?..............

Aslesha looks up and sees Heer's reflection in the mirror…………who stood at the doorway shell shocked……………

O rabba plays in the background as Heer walks upto Ashlesha………….angry…………almost ready to do anything to her………..she turns her around with full force…………and SLAPS HER HARD ON HER FACE…………….(WELLDESERVED)………….

Heer says---- Yeh karoongi Ashlesha………..aur agar mere Prem ko kuch hua naa…………(Guys plzzzzzzzzzzzz notice she says MERE PREM KO!!!!!!!!!!)………….toh issey kahiin zyaada buraa karoongi main tumhaarey saath………….

Heer walks outside as the song Meri duniya mein aakey matt jaa (Movie tum Bin female version)……………..plays in the background…………heer remembers every moment she spent with prem…………the fateful night………….how she taunted him day in day out……….evrytime she met him…………evry time she saw him…………..how she banished him with her hateful words…………..

Heer sobs as she reaches the small temple in the hospital---- Mujhey maaf kar do prem…………Mujhey maaf kar do!.............itni badi saza matt dena………..

She looks at the plate in the temple…………and picking up some sindurr from it…………she fills the vermillion in her maang………….(The song Hor kisi dii ho nahiin sakdii plays in full volume)……………an close by there was a blak thread which heer picks up to wear around her neck……………

The doc somes to where Heer stood and say---- Mrs. Juneja…………don't worry Mr. Prem is out of danger!............

Heer was elated as she thanked the docs…………and made her way to the ICU where Prem was admitted……………..
