well, ya, of course!! and the 9pm show of *+-india -- which has been running a wedding apparently recently, even though every one is already married and stuff? -- was trying the same stunt.

is just ... interesting to see that the wedding stunt works equally for any show.

that's such a fair world, no? i kinda like the world when it's being fair... 😃

if you're asking ''what do i mean'' by wanting the numbers, i mean -- the trps.

this is just a ranking, no? that one program is #8 and another is #9? they do the ranking based on trps -- television rating points (or s'thing).

so if a show has a trp of 4.5 and another has trp of 3.6, that will tell us which will be first or second.

in this table, we just know the ranking -- we don't know what the trps are.

the trps themselves are important -- 'cause apparently, the marketing departments of companies (like cadbury and fair&lovely) who advertise during these show timings -- pay more money to show an ad if the show has a higher trp.

and i was told that most marketing departments happily pay a high price for any show that has a trip higher than 2.

the trp numbers for our show have mostly always been above 2.

so i am really curious to know the trp for monday -- 'cause we will see if *+-india has any trp-reason for bumping this show off the time slot.

but ya. my bombay pals were telling me that weekend grps work a lot off on movies -- apparently, that's what the programming is usually on weekends.

and apparently *+-india is quite... backward when it comes to paying the price to show newer and more popular movies on their channel.

oh well. more cost-cutting.

i seriously know what these guys are doing with their programming... 😊

tht 9pm show was actually on #1 for tht wedding...i think all da channels shud start arranging weddings to get trps....rakhi's wedding is cuming...its probly going to break all da records of trps🤔
