So even if the show shifts to afternoon, someone could record it, autotune it to "ON" and then get the "sleep" switch or something on the TV to function after a few minutes so the TV turns off?

I dont know how savvy everyone is about this stuff, but the TRP could be easily manipulated so atleast the story doesnt take a hit. Even if the TRPs are relatively high the show should get the respect it deserves, if not well they should end it on a positive note :) and move th team to some other channel. But with the many thousands of viewers in India I wonder is this is doable :)

Called SP mumbai again. today they are answering the calls. but giving the same answer. every time i asked what was the reason for changing the time when people are so opposed to it and the show has been consistently in their top 3 shows and in the top 10 shows for the last 4 days, no proper answer and instead i was put onto another person. i spoke to three different people like this. but answer is the same. I also told her about how i am repeatedly calling STD in the middle of a working day and my calls are being cut off. i said if you have made a decision and don't care about what your viewers think then why don't you just tell us instead of saying its being decided 'cos if you are considering our feedback then you should not be showing any promos about the time change until a final decision is made. after all you haven't shown any promos anyways for so many months so why the hurry suddenly? By doing this you are only making people more angry! When i told her about the trps and all that she said is that the only reason i was concerned (in a tone as if that was not important) so i told her that no i cannot watch the show in the afternoon since i'm at work! So please make sure to tell them that if the time is changed you CANNOT watch the show!!!! I also told her that for every one person like me who calls them, there will be hundreds who will not call or mail but will simply pickup their remote and change the channel!! of course their answer to everything was the same.... we will pass on your message!
