She couldn't believe it. She must have taken the test about ten times. It cant be she thought. No I cant be. What am I going to tell mum and how about dad. She shivered just at the thought. I have to tell someone. She quickly rummaged through her bag and took out her mobile. She typed in A and found the number and called it.
"hello"..said the other person on the end of the phone
"hello, Ash?..."
"heer is that you?...do you know how much times I have called you and why weren't u picking up?..." Ash asked in a worried tone
"woh Ash'.my phone was off sorry"..she said in a low voice
"whats wrong heer?...you sound a bit low"..she asked worried
"who Ash'.i'm'"..
"im what heer' tell me"
at this time heer was close to tears
"Ash I think im pregnant'." She said in a sob
"WHAT!!! heer how did this happen?...who did this to you?
"Ash I don't know..im scared'.what am I going to tell dad?..." she said in between her sobs at this point she broke down completely'
"don't worry heer im comin where are you..?
"im at home"'She answered'
"im coming and don't worry well sort something out"'
knock knock
I heard the door. I quickly got up and opened it as I knew it would be Ash. As soon as I saw her I went in to her arms.
"Ash" I said while sobbing
"Heer, shhh, it's going to be ok" she said while she brought me in the room and closed the door
"Now tell me, how did all this happen?, Who's the father?" she asked me as we sat down on the bed.
"Who, Ash, it's the guy I told you about, the one I met at my school reunion party" I said calmly before I went into another bunch of sobs
"What!!,Heer how could you be so careless!! Shouted Ash
"Ash, what am I going to do?...what am I going to tell mum'"I said and then I stuttered'."and how about dad?....i said as I hugged her
"Shh,Heer first tell me everything that happened from top till bottom."
Ash said while looking at me
"Ok" I said
*FLASHBACK"
I was sitting down on the school chairs while my friends danced.
"Come on Heer, Lets dance" Said one of my friends as she tugged at my arm
"No Mithali, I really don't feel like it please" I replied
"Ok" she said and then she left
"May I sit here?..." said a voice which sounded like music to my ears. I looked to the side to see the owner of the voice and as soon I saw him I drowned in those beautiful brown eyes. I quickly nodded and looked away.
"So I see you not much of a party person" He said while trying to make conversation between us
"Yeah, I don't like parties that much, I'd rather just stay at home and watch the T.V in my nighties" I said while looking at him
he just chuckled
"Same here, the guys wouldn't leave my case and made me come here by the way I'm Prem , Prem Juneja"
