BTW me thinks Heer has a bigger reason in making Prem go away and her blackmailing Prem in Chahat's name is just her way of doing it...She knows he will NEVER leave them but for that and her hatred....
Otherwise Heer being so selfish about Chahat doesn;t even make sense to me....She is the same Heer who was willing to let go of Prem because she thought Prem would be happier with his bauji...
Amongst the many things that she is, she is not selfish...She will be more than glad to let Prem have Chahat even if she doesn;t want to go back to him for whatever he supposedly did....no?
Raksha u know her viewpoint is very clear to me! I wrote it here many number of times, to her nothing matters but Prem doubted her character & he slept with Ash!! She is just stuck there, those moments haunts her & she hasn't been able to cross that hurdle, that mental block. She is willing to forgive anything but Prem's infidelity that she thinks he committed, she can't let go of that. That is the reason she is so bitter, so sour about him. She can't stand the sight of him, the moment he comes in front of her he reminds her of that Kasauli scene with Ash. To her Prem was that divine guy who was totally pure, unable to commit any mistake & here she is facing such a dark truth that he cheated on her. If u have watched the show u would have known her POV.
She is living for Chahat & now the insecurity has just popped up that she might lose Chahat to Prem if he asks for his rights. That is the reason she changed her house tomorrow so that Prem can't find her next time if he comes to look for her in her old address. For now I can clearly understand where she is coming from, her POV is crystal clear to me. I don't think there is any other external reasons for her behaviour. But will wait to see if they elaborate on her attitude later.
I can understand her pain & anger perfectly well, she doesn't want to be a part of Prem's life but for this she is keeping Chahat away from Prem as well, that is wrong.
Her answer that she has thought of telling Chahat will fall flat on her face when one day Chahat will ask for another brother or sister! All that birds & bees talk that she will have with her will bring her right to the topic of her dad & then what she will do I wonder! How can she evade the plethora of questions Chahat will have for her related to her dad & what will she tell her? She kept her away from him for her own reasons!! She will be so taken down by Chahat then! Sigh!!
