Well, from today, it seems that Heer has no reason from hiding the truth about her daughter, other than the fact that she was hurt, and felt betrayed.

Nadia! The fact that Heer did not speak of "it" tells me that there is something bigger than Prem's infidelity. Call it a gut feeling...I am going to give her the benefit of doubt and wait it out. I think you should too....It is easier that way...trust me!
