This is what I think...the significance of Harman meeting Heer first is this:

They will shortly be joined by Preet...and from them Heer will find out what's happening in Jzoo.....so Heer will find out about Lallu's heart attack and about how everyone is distant and how every relationship has broken.

So Heer will want to reunite them and make Jzoo a happy place again.

@ purvi: i don't think heer will reconcile with Prem because of anybody. she'll only go back to him when she really wants to. and chahat is the one that is going to make her change her outlook towards prem. She's deeply hurt by his actions. Like she said today her life which she built when she was 1 or 2 years old. She's not going to forgive him that easily. but the fact remains that neither of them loves the other less. The only difference is Prem is expressing it and waiting for her whereas Heer is trying to bury it and live for her daughter. Maybe for Lalit's sake she may act of coming back to the family but will keep away from Prem. Just like Prem needed a push to express what he feels for Heer she needs a bigger push for her feelings to come out.

@ nadia: the real story will start now. because slowly everybody's true colours will come out. i am sure Gaya3 will do everything possible to not let them be together. she might even bring Ash back or instigate heer against prem and everything possible but this time everything will fail. Her plan was successful once she won't be successful always.

@ smita: i don't think Gaya3 has said anything to Heer or contacted her. She may do it now and try to instigate heer against Prem. But am sure that nothing will go wrong now. It will be difficult for them to meet but Chahat will play an important role now. i guess we'll have to wait and watch.
