"Kyun Prem..." Was the last thing Heer managed to say before she passed out in the back seat of the cab....

Prem watched as the cab disappeared into the traffic, he kicked a plastic cup...
Prem-Shit mujhse assi galthi kasie hogaye...!!
Meanwhile...
Ashlesha was back in Juneja house, laying on bed
"Aaj..Aaj mein bouth hoon...Maine Prem aur Heer ko alag kardiya..Ab Heer vahan, aur Prem yahan...Ek...ek ajjeb sa satisfaction hai...Jis ke waje se Aaj mein akeli hoon zindagi mein, jiski waje se mera Preet mere saath nahi hai...Aaj uska ghar maine ujjardiya!!"
Ashlesha managed to say, as she gloated to herself
Gayatri stood at the door, as she heard everything...
"Mujhe patha tha, Prem kabhie assa nahi karsak tha...Liken aaj Ash ne kahin na kahin meri bouth madath ki hai...Prem aur Heer ko alag karne mein, Aur meri Veera ki athma ko aaj shanti mili hai..."
Gayatri stood by the door waiting for Prem...
Meanwhile
At City Hospital
Dr.Meera had checked Heer up as the taxi driver brought her there immediately...
She held reports which stated that Heer was pregnant, and in her second month for that matter, she hadn't got the time to check the reports, and scurried to Heer's room...On the way there Dr.Meera bumped into a Nurse, and dropped all the files
Dr.Meera yelled "Kya hai! Tum dheek kar nahi chal sak thi!!??"
The Nurse quickly shuffled up the papers and responded " Sorry Doctor, mein...mein jaldi mein, aur OT mein"
"Bus!! Mujhe aur saffaiyaan nahi chahiye!! Chalo ab jaldi karo" And with that Dr.Meera entered Heer's room
Heer sat up in her bed, holding her head...she felt everything spin, and then Dr.Meera walked in
"How are you feeling now, Mrs.Juneja"
"I'm...I'm fine" Heer said resisting the name Juneja, being attached with her's
"Well, lets see what the reports say" Dr.Meera said, with a smile, and opened her reports
"hm...Well, nothing here, just some weakness, mein aapko kuch vitamins prescribe karde thi hoon"
"Ji...Thank you" Heer said, and then asked "Ji...Mujhe yahan lekar kyon?"
"Voh, taxi driver...Wase Mr.Juneja kaise?"
Heer cut her off "Ji, mein chalthi hoon" Heer said and left the place, she found the same taxi outside, and quickly thanked the driver, giving him some money, she asked for another ride
"Mujhe...Mujhe Juneja industries janna hai"
The Taxi stopped in front of Juneja Industries, where there was to be a very important board meeting!! Heer walked into the office with confidence and into her cabin, well she shared it with Prem...but now...It was her's....She pressed the speaker botton on the office phone, and connected with the secretary...
"I need you this instance Manisha" Heer said in a very monotone voice...
Manisha hearing the urgency in Heer's voice ran toward the cabin, knocking on the door she enetered
"Ji, Madam,You called?" Manisha said, seeing Heer in a bad mood
"Haan, I want this cabin cleared" Heer said, clearing her throat
"Ji??? I'm afraid I don't understand madam?" Manisha said, her voice quivering...
Manisha had always had good memories with Heer, but today? Heer seemed angry, and Manisha wanted nothing to do with it...
"What don't you understand?? Any file with the name PREM JUNEJA on it, get rid of it...Throw it in bins, and move it! NOW! " Heer said, her hand tracing the picture frame on the desk...Taking the frame she threw it in Manisha's direction, shattering its glass making a mark between Prem and Heer
Manisha closed her eyes, and was very scared...She followed the orders that she was given, and got rid of everything that said the two words heer wanted out, PREM JUNEJA!!
A few hours later Heer entered the cabin finding it spottles, all the files were placed in large plastic bins, marked by date, and associated company
"Madam, what do you want me to do with the bins?" Manisha asked standing straight
"Hmm.." Heer thought hard...
"Do we have an empty cabin?" Heer asked
"We have Harman sirs empty cabin?" Manisha suggested...
"Well, Preet's cabin in smaller than Harmans? Correct?" Heer asked
"Correct Madam" Manisha agreed
"Fine, then move all of Preet's things into Harman's office, and all of these (pointing to the bins) to Preet's office" Heer demanded
"Ji, it'll happen right away, but...Madam, Prem sir has a lot of papers, Preet sir's cabin is too small....Dont you think?? "
"Manisha...." Heer said blankly
"Yes Madam" Manisha said
"That idea...It was brilliant" Heer said
"Thank you mada-"
"But unfortunately I didnt ask for your expert advice! I'm the owner of Juneja Industries!!! Not you! So do as I say, or you can dis-"
"NO...Madam It'll be done...Please" Manisha begged
"Thats what I thought" Heer said...
Manisha got the room cleaned out, and pretty soon Heer was standing in an empty cabin..She looked at the photo frame she had thrown, and went to it. Picking it up she ran her finger along the crack, and soon her finger began to bleed. She went to her desk and placed the photo frame on the desk
"Perfect" Heer said, her eyes watery
Heer took a deep breathe and went into the main section where many employees were seen
"Excuse me!! I'd like to see all of the employees here in 10 minutes" Heer announced...
In 10 minutes Heer saw a multitude of Juneja Industries staff, in the lobby and she began
"Firstly thank you all for coming here today...Secondly, I would like to take a second to remind everyone ONE VERY important thing...that I am the owner of these hotels!! Please keep that in mind...all changes, bookings, etc, should be made threw ME first!! Then anyone else... Is that clear?" Heer questioned
The mob silently agreed, and then left to continue duties...Heer made one last call before ending her day...to the board, she announced that the board meeting would take place tomorrow...
As Heer was leaving, she passed by Preet's, and NOW Prem's new cabin...
"Aaj tak tumne sirf Heer ka pyaar dehka hai...Liken aaj se Heer ki nafrat dehkoge"
At Juneja Residence
Meher-Jiju ne teek nahi kiya
Preet-How disgusting! Mere liye Rab se kuch kam nahi the voh!! Aur aaj!! Yuck!!
Preet began to throw things
Preet-How could he do this to HEER bhabi?? I mean, he's been waiting for her since he was born!! There love was pure, and now...Prem bhai..How low, he slept with...
"Ash..." Meher completed the sentence, she wanted to hear Preet say something bad about her as well
"Yeah, her" Preet finished and left the room
"I dont think Prem Jiju had anything to do with it...Heer didi is misunderstanding Jiju...." Meher said into an empty room
Back at Train Station
Prem had been wandering for hours, aimlessly on streets...Finally giving up on everything he went home, somewhere his heart believed that she would be there, like everyday, waiting for him.
Juneja Industries
"Ab mein kahan jaoongi?" Heer wondered aloud, "Should I go back to Juneja house?"
Heer thought long and hard in her empty cabin, and finally decided not to go to juneja house, but would stay in an available employee apartment.
Juneja House
Prem entered the house, confronting each member as he proceeded towards the stairs...Preet, Harman both went to there rooms, asking Meher and Maya for dinner inside only...And Bauji stopped Prem
"Voh nahi mani na?" Bauji asked, his heart ached for Heer's pain...
Prem's eyes filled up, and he could only shake his head
"Mere Bete Ram ne Sita ko dhoka diya...Uss ladki ka dil duhkaya jisne tujhe iss duniya mein sabse zaadya pyaar kiya...Dehkna Prem, ek din assa ayyega, ki Heer ke pass, voh sab kuch hoga jo tune usse cheena hai...Uska parivaar, uska ghar, uska pyaar.." Laltin managed these last words to Prem before heading into his room
Prem broke down crying on the floor, as everyone left...everyone except meher...She walked up to Prem, and put a hand to his shoulder. Prem was shocked, he had done wrong with her sister, then why was she supporting him?
"Jiju, Utto....Mujhe nahi lagtha ki appne-" Meher was cut off by Preet
"MEHER!! Maine kaha mujhe kahna room mein chahiye" Preet shouted seeing Prem and Meher together...
"Ji..."
Meher took one last look at Prem " Jij---"
"Maine kaha ABHI! " preet shouted...
Meher left Prem, and went to the kitchen
