Ok guys after reading everyones point of view I have come up with my conclusion first of all my gut feeling says Prem is 100% faking it in front of gayatri and I think the track will eventually will lead to Prem Heer moving out of the Jzoo. If that wasn't the case no point Prem saying on 27th May that he will leave the person who will come between him and Heer(It is a BT show and they are kings in stretching a story like an elastic band).

Niti I am with you that Prem is faking. I haven't watch the episode and not going to watch it

I have figured out where this track is heading I think.....hehehe I think its heading towards 18th june prem.....ok don't kill me but I think this sameer guy would some how make a video with heer in an awkward position you know kinda like prem heer hotel room video...and then gyatri would say heer was paying him money because he was black mailing her cause she had an affair with him.....and that is when hopefully hell will break loose for prem and he will stand up for his heer
