No Farah as Nadia said he meant its very difficult when u have to choose between the 2 u love becoz u have to hurt one choosing the other over but the most pain u urself go through because u have hurt the one u love. Its difficult to live with that pain everyday. Here he clearly meant he is going through pain everyday for hurting Heer, for making her go though the pain by choosing G3 over her.

@Lana: Spot on! I also the thought the epi was beautiful....though Prem could've been a little more closer to Heer, because after all he doesn't give this whole seperation any importance....
