help me please

sorry i don't know the story now cos due to some reasoin i missed many episodes.so in march i saw heer bringing some random guy whos face is excatly like prem to cure her motherin law.but in fridays episode i saw heer wearing marriage bangles and staying at some other place.but it showed that both prem adn heer like each other.so whts the story?if that guy is not prem then how does heer like him?and y is heer living at someother place.😕

heer learns the truth the Prem is not Prem, he is actually gaurav and it was the rishab's plan to make him prem and send to Juneja's house then she brought gaurav (prem's lookalike) into the house and asked him to stay at their house until the Gayatri mom doesn't get better otherwise she will arrest him too. so he started staying there and pretending in front fof the family tht he is prem but after little while heis acts was exact same as prem and it made heer worried and coonfused so she went to dehli at the gaurav's(lookalike) house and gets to know tht the real gaurav was dead in the delhi bombblast where her actually saved prem but then prem started to stay with real gaurav's mom as gaurav so she was very happy and started to plan tht she will make prem/gaurav say tht he is her prem...(worth to watch from 26 to 13 april) she started to say tht prem is dead and she like him cuz his face is same as prem which actually hurted gaurav/prem alot and finally on 27 march prem accepted the truth (best/funny epi..in march) then he told her the reasons to him not coming back cuzz the real gaurav's fiancee/doctor showed him the reports tht he has a whole in his heart & will die in 5-6 months.....and so on...u should watch it....then 1 week of prem-heer cute and sad epi....cuz prem had to leave but then he knew the truth tht he is perfectly alright & those people lied to him so he can stay there with them....

in these days prem has kicked heer out of the house (basically he is helpless) cuz his mom told him if he is her son and thinks of her as his mom cuz veera got abortion and but balmed nihall for beating her up and so on but eer knows tht truth and she is suppoting nihaal and maya and veera had made the plans to trap gayatri for (emotional blackmail) everything like sending heer out, and all...fri's epi..was cute which actuallly shoed tht prem still cares for heer alot and loves her alot....

sorry for making it too long but i was jst bored so i worte everything but i recomment tht u watch these episodes cuz it is too gud i'm sure u will luv it except the maya, veera and gayatri's drama...and
