I don't know if there has been a topic about this or not..but I don't know if you guys noticed..

The bag with the medicine and stuff that Prem had has hearts as the pattern design on it. He wrapped the medicine inside with love. Its a huge sign that our Prem cares for Heer and loves her..eventually they will get reunited..I just hope that on Monday there is a Prem Heer Hug scene..or at least Heer notices the heart pattern on the bag.

i agree with u hunn.. bt i have a feeling that ekta won't reunit themm soo earlyy.. heer miteee saii somethng like she did in ysterdaiss eposide..bt i hpe they do unitt =) coz prem and heer are made for each other lol .. cant wait for mondaiss eposidee

I never doubted Prem's love for Heer..he loves her a lot and cares a lot about her..their's no question about that..and regarding the bag..lol..nice observation
