I think Nadia is rfight. If Prem has to choose between Gayatri and Heer, he will choose Gaya3. although he will definitely feel bad for heer, but he will choose Gaya3 esp. after Fri's epi i think this is going to be the case. Or maybe Heer herself would not want to bring Prem in such a situtaion and she will quietly leave. Also when he believed that he had a hole in heart, he wanted heer to stay back to take care of the family bcoz acc to him, he and heer are one, so it doesnt mattedr much whethre they stay togbether or not, they will be one. Although this scenario that if he leaves heer for gaya3 would hurt us a lot, but i think this is goin g to be the case.

You know it would be good if gyatri instead of asking him to choose between her and heer orders that heer can not live in their house...and Prem being Prem should say "maaa agar ye apka hukam hey tou heer iss ghar mey nahi rahey gi"and he takes her hand and leaves that way he would fulfil his mom's wish and also be with heer 😍

Farah i am not saying he would choose gyatri over heer...i am just trying to analyse things...since heer is a part of him question of choosing heer over gyatri or visa versa is irrelevant!!! apna betu is too smart........... he does things for reason r.............. he sometimes very unpreditable even for his mum ( the maa prem vaachan scene & maybe heeriye would understand that too as for them premeer are 1

though creatives will gives us the suspecious trcak and make us hate betu for a while
