So seeing as there personalities are mixed compared to the movie, can we expect all the scenes to be as well !???!?! I mean like for example, if you are using the train sequesnce, will it be Heer pulling Prem on and flirting with him or what !?!!?!? That would be soooo funny!!! ROLF Or is it just there character, but not scenes....... either way i don't mind!!!!

Balraaj Mann's POV

"Heer…Heer…", I sore my throat calling her name, but where's she? I move up and down, frantically searching for her... Yeh ladki bhi na.. I mutter under my breath and bump into someone.

Thank god … it's Meher, Heer's caretaker. "kya Mr. Mann…", she complains rubbing her forehead.

"Sorry beta are you hurt?", I ask her with concern.

"No, I am just rubbing my head coz I felt like doing so.", she replies sarcastically and looks down in horror as the pieces of the broken coffee mug takes its last breath.

"Gira diya na…", Meher scolds me.

"Ab maine kya kiya?", I defend myself.

"Kya Mr Mann.. don't tell me you cant see the broken pieces of the mug… this one is the 5^th one", she scolds me further

Achcha!!! Ulta chor kotwal ko daate. None of my staffs other than Meher has guts to speak like this with me. Its not that I mind, I just adore this girl. She has been brought up in this house with Heer, my daughter. Her mother was working in our house as Heer's caretaker, her nanny. But as she's no more , Meher has dutifully filled in this post but she is more than just a caretaker for me and my daughter. She's like my family member, my daughter , Heer's best friend and agony aunt.

"Meher…", I call out while she looks up to me, " your mother has worked in this house for more than a decade but she never broke anything, but how come you break everything now and then?", I ask

"Firstly…" she starts " I don't know why my mom was so immune to breaking stuffs, maybe she used to work with her hands glued. And secondly, I am not the one who broke the mug, its you.", she concluded, pointing her finger towards me.

"Aha?", I raise my eyebrow

"Aha", she retorts back

"Aha?", I repeat.

"Oh! O", she mutters looking into a different direction

I confusedly follow her direction and stop near the wall clock whih read 8:55 a.m.

"kya hua?", I ask her

"only 5 minutes to go and your laadli will be screaming for a cup of coffee, now I better make it again.", she hurriedly spoke making her way towards the kitchen.

"Meher!!!", I call out. She turns and looks at me irritated "Ab kya hai?"

"where's Heer?" , I ask.

Well when you have Heer in the house even the neighborhood becomes aware of that but today is an exception and Heer's presence is nowhere to be felt.

"Aapki M TV beti aj Doordarshan Mode main hai.", she speaks up with a smile while I look up to her with confusion .

"Means?"

"means, today is her graduation day and she is in the pooja room.", Meher leaves me with shock.

Heer??? In puja room??? That's definitely a news. No one other than Heer's late mother, Meher's mother and Meher herself has stepped into the puja room till date. I used to enter some time back, but Teji's sudden death prevented me from going there, but today I just cant stop myself from going there because I need to see my cool girl praying. Does she have any idea how to pray???

I enter the puja room and smile seeing my daughter reading out aloud mantras from a book, swinging to and fro…

"Jai hanuman gyan gun sagar
Jai kapise tehu lok ujagar
Ram dut atulit bal dhama
Anjani putra pavan sut nama
Mahabir bikram bajragee
Kumati nivas sumati ke sangi
Kanchan baran biraj subesa
Kann kundal kunchit kesa …"

I laugh and place my hand over her head and she stops midway and turns towards me welcoming with her warm smile and chocolaty eyes, just like her mother.

"Dad...?" she looks at me confusedly as I am laughing. I sit besides her stroking her hair.

"Beta yeh tu kya kar rahi hai?", I ask her in between my giggles.

"Chanting mantras…", she replied casually.

"Do you have any idea what are you chanting", I ask her smiling.

"Actually …no…", she answers embarrassed.

I laugh. "this one is Hanuman Chalisa", I explain and her lips turn into an O.

"…and you are sitting in front of Durga ma.", I laugh again, and then realization dawns upon her as she looks at the idol and then to the book.

"Ab mujhe kya pata papa, kabhie pray nahin kiya na", she answers blushing.

"beta, prayer comes direct from heart, you don't need any mantras and stuffs to convey them to Bhagwaan ji, you can say anything you like." , I explain her.

"Really dad?" she asks and I nod my head with confirmation

she smiles broadly and turns to the idol " Bhagwaan ji, you know pretty well ki books aur mera door door tak koi rishta nahin hai, but please this being the last year of my university, please pass me with decent marks, aur ha, please do give some consideration to mathematics, please?? Thank you!!!", she concluded by numerous namastes to god and then she turns towards me

"Ok dad, I'll make move, otherwise will get late, bbye", she kisses my cheek and gets up.

"All the best Beta", I wish her.

"Thanks papa, I need that desperately", she smiles and exits the pooja room screaming Meher's name for her coffee.

That's my daughter Heer, bilkool Pagli….

I know I am posting pretty fast... but mera bharosa nahin hai, can become slow anytime😆😆... enjoy the 2nd part and do tell me how did you like this Heer... and please be brutally honest...
