he was fabulous in todays episode how he cryed i cryed tooo and y he said

EK TARHA SE ACHA HI HAI MEIN KON SA HAMESH AYAHAN REHNE WALA HOO

that means he has cancer that's y he is hiding 😭😭😭but this time im sure he will not die and prem ko kuch nahi hoga 100%sure ekta aab ye nahi kare gi ek hi to serial bach ahai uska

i seriously cried in last part😭😭😭hats off to himm👏👏👏

No he is not having cancer may b any other reason is there which make prem away frm heer but its not cancer plzzz ekta dont spoil the show now

i felt so sorry for prem but im glad well dont kill me but i got dat hint dat i needed that he still luves heer and wtevas his prob he shuld fix it and stay foreva

i dont think he has cancer... i think what he is saying is cuz he probably promised gauravs mom that he will come back to her and stay with her.

ekta can't afford to loose harshad, because her show is already not in top ten, therefore she is just doing this to get peoples attention towards the show.. there's just no way.. the shows trp's were just fine before his so called "death" occured, i think she should have the brains not to do that again. so obviousily we know that this is just bakwas
