maybe prem didnt remember who he was after the blast and she had lost her son and thought of him as her son now, the pics couldnt be prems could they?
or is it some other lady all together

Exactly!!..as i said earlier,prem must have asked her to enact as his mom the minute somebody asks about him...Both of them remember everything and no memory loss...

Only thing I noticed is that She is Used to Not having her son around... He has been away on his Job for a Really Long time... ?

Yes...it was overdose of cruella.i was just laughing and banging my head by seeing that Nihal and Veera's romance.A TOTAL DISASTER.A waste of episode.Hopeless was thurday , friday and hopeless monday too.By the way i think she is the mother of the same guy whom prem has saved but i think he was burnt to death when he went out as one person was shown with body trapped in fire.The woman mistook prem as her son.She must have saved prem.I don't know.If the story is the the guy got face of prem then i am done with show.How far can show get so much hopeless .

yeh she thinks that her son is prem but i think her son died on that day............................
