ya i noticed it...kuch kuch batonse lagta hain hes prem n kuch kuch batonse (drinking,heer ko lock kiya room main,jail se darta hain,kiran ko help nehi karraha hain)lagta hain hesnt prem...its a really biggg confusion😕

i think number 2 as he is in love and if a person is in love he hear all

Harsh talk from other side and tolerate .and he does not know that him self .he love heer and it is her love which is asking him to be in that zoo .

even I am too confused..I dont think its Prem but alwayz want him to be Prem..kuch bhi karke show him as Prem.plz...

im soo confused but i truely kno that he is prem and he is acting for sure...........something something something...something ther is something fishy going on.i think ther's a BIG raaz-d history continues....🤣
