Everyone is getting ready to go to court and Heer goes to her room to get the evidence and while looking for the evidence, she doesn't find it. Heer looks all over her room without any luck. She is worried and while looking, she almost tears her room, well bed out. Everyone is waiting outside and Harman says that the time is running out and sees Heer coming out empty handed.
Harman: Bhabhi, where is the evidence that I gave you?
Heer is dumbfounded. Lalit walks over in a very old-manly manner with his back crouched.
Lalit: Heer child, where is the evidence?
Heer: Bauji, the bag is missing from my cupboard.
Everyone is shocked, especially 'him' and 'he' turns around and stares at Heer. Heavy K-Ekta music plays with everyone's faces flashing etc. Harman and Lallu give another 'Here-is-my-most-famous-non-expressionless-expression' No one says anything.

'G-Em walks into his and Heer's room and haila...this time the room is all tidy, especially the bed which Heer had eventually messed up. *Thinks* Heer comes and starts screaming from the door...Wah!.
Heer: You have stolen it, haven't you?
Harshad Chopra gives FAB expressions in this part of the episode, and 'HE' stays mum, and therefore, Heer walks over and stands at about 5 feet difference.
Heer: You have stolen the evidence, haven't you?
Gaurav looks over his shoulder and I bet ya, he was thinking, "Uff, when will this 24x7 Radio Heer shut up?".
Heer: Tell me, where have you kept the bag? Where have you kept the evidence huh?
Gaurav turns around with KILLER Looks but still stays mum and keept staring at Heer.
Heer: If Harman doesn't find those evidence then he won't be able to save Kiran jiju and I won't ever let that happen. So tell me soon, where have you kept the evidence?
Gaurav FINALLY speaks!!
G-Em: So you think I stole that evidence?
Heer: Jee haan
G-Em walks over to Heer and does a SRK Mitwa which to me looked liked "Search me, you won't find anything."
Gaurav: Search me then.
Heer looks ticked and folds her arms...and WOW!...Harshiti were MINDBLOWING in this episode! AWSOME!...FANTASTIC...CUTE...ROCKING!!
Gaurav: Search me, why don't you huh?
Heer: I know that you have hid the evidence some where else. (Very ishmart she is.) Fine, you aren't gonna give me the evidence are you, then dont. But remember one thing (Sream-a-thon coming up.) with open ears and that is that I will surely save Kiran Jiju and even for that if I have to go to court. (Er...weren't the whole J Zoo already going there? Confuzzled are you?)
HC gives some more KILLER looks and I mean by that, REALLY Killer looks to Heer and the audience...to Heer that he will murder her any second if she doesn't shut her 24x7 FM radio and us, with his cute eyes *dreams*
Heer: I can do anything, even if it means that I have to tell them that you were the one driving the car. That it was you who is responsible for the accident, that you were the one driving the car and that too drunk. I will say the truth, and it doesn't matter if Kiran jiju is let free or not but I will not let you live in the J House and let you have a free breather. Do you understand?
Heer points her finger at G-Em's face and tells him that she will surely be the witness. Again, Harshiti were MINDBLOWING! And Heer leaves.

Veera is at this random road with the evidence and Maya comes.
Veera: This is the evidence that I brought with great difficulty.
Maya takes the evidence, gives her evil smirk and leaves in her car leaving Veera stranded.
Veera to herself: What is this? Maya left without saying anything. What about the promises she made with me?
Maya stops the car and puts it in reverse gear and stops in front of Veera again.
Maya: You are thinking that why I didn't talk to you, aren't you? Look Veera, what I have to do for you, I don't have to tell you and you don't have to ask me. Whatever promises I have made, I will fulfill them. Happy?
Veera is happy, Maya smirks and leaves leaving Veera alone..again who is then feeling guilty that she is doing wrong with her sister's husband, even though she is happy about what will be getting.
-Break-
Harman is in court, looking at some paper work when he sees the Juneja's (Lallu, Kul, Veera and Meher) coming with Lallu convincing Kul that nothing wrong will happen and just trust God.
Lallu: I trust God and now he will bring Kiran out of trouble. It's only his support and no other support. No other hope. Child, we don't even have any evidence but we have God's trust.
Veera is feeling guilty.
Lallu: And you see, the God does nothing wrong with good people. Let's go child, it's time to go to court.
Lallu puts his arm around Kul, who can't stop crying and they walk of to court. Meher and Veera follow. Everyone leaves but Kul stops seeing Harman and walks over to him.
Kul: Harman. Look, maybe no one has trust on you but look, I have full trust on you.
Kul pacifies a heartbroken Harman.
Kul: I know that you put your whole brain and soul to this case. You have left so leaf unturned to save Kiran so now, even if we loose this case, still, my trust on you will never fade. Let's go. Everything will be fine.
Harman: Go inside di, I will be right there.
Kul: All the best.
Harman: Thanks

Kul leaves. And Harman is walking down the court stairs when he sees his 'future dad-in-law and future wife-in-law' coming. They walk over to him.
Harman: Maya, you?
Dad-in-law: Yes. My daughter Maya. My lucky charm. Till date, there has been no incident that Maya is with me and I loose the case.
Harman: But this time it will be sir. No lucky charm will work for you. I know that I have no evidence but I have trust to save my jiju and that trust is given by my family. Today, with that trust, I will fight this case and therefore, it is not possible that I loose his case.
Dad-in-law is taken by surprise with Harman's heavy shavey lines...and so am I that he could actually TALK for that long!
Dad-in-law: Let's go Maya.
They leave and Harman does aswell.

Heer is shown staring at THE Prem's picture, crying.
Heer: Today I am going to take a drastic step Prem. Today I really need your strength. I know that wihout evidence, maybe I won't be able to save Jiju but at the same time, I can't see him in trouble.
G-Em steps beside Heer and into the reflection of Prem so this results in both Heer and G-Em's reflection in Prem's portrait.
G-Em: And that is why you are putting me in trouble.
Heer turns around and walks away.
G-Em: Don't you remember...
G-Em walks over to Heer and faces her.
G-Em: Don't you remember how much the people of this house trust Prem? Don't you remember what Harman did with my fingerprints?
Heer talks a step to the side and G-Em does too.
G-Em: What about Ma then?
Gauheer are soo close in this scene but trust me, Harshiti ROCKED...this was the 2nd powerful scene of this week.
G-Em: Don't you remember that you brought me here for ma?
A ticked Heer, tries to move to the other side but G-Em follows, this time, him in full power and this time, they get a tad bit closer.
G-Em: Answer me.
Harshad's expression were a total AWE!...You couldn't take your eyes off him!! Heer moves to the other side and so does G-Em.
G-Em, in a very demanding tone: Give an answer to my questions.
Gauheer stare into each others eyes, A LOT of that happening now days, ain't it? Heer then remembers the 'Misti Dahi THE Premeer Rasta Roko' moment. (Those Premeer moments made me cry...sachi!) THE Premeer that was OUR Premeer. Heer stares into G-Em's eyes and he stares back. Heer turns away and G-Em leaves leaving Heer shocked. When at the door, G-Em turns around and watches a worried Heer and leaves, shutting the door. A shocked Heer tries to open the door, but doesn't suceed.
Heer: Gaurav! Gaurav! Open the door.
Heer tries her best to open the door. G-Em locks the door from the outside and leaves.
