You probably don't know me, I just became active recently, but I agree completely!!
I wasn't keen on this whole Heer paying Gaurav to become Prem, because it's been done 100 times before on screen. After today's epi, I'm sure that the creatives are also manipulating the audience so they will accept Gaurav, but I REFUSE to do so. I stopped watching the show already, and only get updates. The only way to get me to start watching again is to bring back PREM.
I also started watching because of Prem's character. I didn't even watch it for Prem and Heer at first, because I started watching from a Prem-Gmom scene. But, Prem's character captured my heart. Now, this Gaurav is undoubtedly going to have some dukhbhari kahaani, which Heer will find out, and eventually G'll fall in love with Heer. I couldn't care less about this idiotic track. I've seen too many love-hate tracks, where the guy (who has issues) falls in love with the heroine. It's been sooo overdone. Prem was new, he was a breath of fresh air, and even I'll accept any illogical reason to get him back. I don't know about the bhoot idea, because they're already using that in another BT show. I just want it to be Prem with ML, who has seen a lot of hardships after the Delhi blasts, and that has left an impression on him, explaining his behaviour. Then, if the creatives want to stretch the show, they can have Heer bringing Prem's memory back. But, they have to show us it IS Prem.
The creatives really have to do something. This is the last BT show still getting TRPs, left on primetime. The TRPs which were in the top 10 with Prem, are not on the list anymore, once they started showing Prem as Gaurav. It doesn't take a genius to figure out the link. Give us Prem back!!
