'cause if ratpal dragged her out and prem tried to stop him and ratpal would've seen him. kodiyon-pal would've seen him and would've recognised prem when he came to the gates of the engagement party venue. so prem missed ratpal dragging heer out of the tent.

hmm..at first it seemed he wanted to destroy the Juneja's , financially...he seemed to be targeting at Lalit Juneja and his business but now, it seems like his target was Prem...

I might be wrong here 😕 but what makes me feel so is that when he and heer were on their way to his Rajasthan Palace, she tells him he wouldnt want her to kill herself coz he wants to take revenge on Prem through Her (I hope you get the scene,me is lazy to write the whole dialogue ).....

I had expected Kooky to give Dj company in making life a hell for the Junejas ....though her makeup were scary ( too colourful) , she didnt look as cruel as DJ....

Nihaal seems to be working somewhere else or doing business by himself...He is shown to be a financially stable person now...he even gave Heer 50 lakhs..😕..

I guess , Heer and Preet are running Prem's hotel and other J-business which are at a loss...Coz in one of the recent Meet scenes, where he is going through the files, when Meher asks him to take rest, he says he has to takecare of things as Heer bhabhi is also not here (The scene where Lallu peeks into their room ) First I thought he was working on the files for his new job , after hearing that dialogue I felt it could be the J-business files....I must have understood wrong here, but too lazy to go back and watch the scene to confirm ..

Its the montage that gives hope that they wont drag the whole memory loss thing for long and Prem-Heer will be together soon

we already had a dupatta flying between them, but it didnt do any good...now we have the payal which could remind him of the mandir scene, we have Heer dressed in red bridal dress which could remind him of the hotel ore piya scene, or may be the engagement might remind him of Heer-madmeet....but I'm sure it would be none of these coz the creatives will surely come up with something brilliant...oh cant wait to see what exactly is gonna bring back his memory..😍

i hope that we are gonna get as much prem-heer as we got heer for the last two weeks...

i distinctly remember the first time that manmeet was introduced, bcos that was the same time prem was introduced as well, and they showed his sister, who we later found out was his sister but at that time she did look like his wife, and there were a lot of loose threads left in that story

y'know what i really wanted to know 'bout those bad guys? that when heer's engagement took place, was that muckmeet or was that prashant? was it muckmeet or prashant running the callgirl racket at the hotel? if it was muckmeet, just how much medicine was he having every day to look normal? was muckmeet always ill? or just after ... hmmm ... prem came back to india?? 😆 how the heck did veera meet prashant in london?? *head spinning at the pandora's box you opened here!*

but prem and heer were together, in a little house by themselves, with only meher as chaperone, did we really care abt manmeet and his extended family? NO and that is what the creatives take advantage of

similarly with the sanjana story, there were a lot of loose threads.... MAJOR thing, why did kiran bring her remains? what was his relationship to sanjana because that might lead up to a connection with RR because that story is defiantely getting more complex with no explanations, could kiran be like dheer, with rr but we dont know that yet.........

oh, i always thought that kul-di's husband was the last to leave canada and so he brought the important "remaining things" back with him. i was just soo sure that prem just couldn't have had anyone in his life before heer that i never took sanjana seriously...

or maybe rr story has nothing to do with sanjana and is regarding a new character???

i actually hope so... sanjana totally bored me - prem in college made me laugh. *looking around to see who is going to throw the next rock at me...*

the financial situation: it is not possible to go from riches to rags (literally) in such a short period of time without really working at it, like gambling away ur money or something extreme like that, how did rr take control of all the junejas assets?

btw, i think this is actually where this team makes its gravest error. for people watching the show, they have a much better sense of finances than the creatives seem to think. it just makes it so much less plausible when they are sloppy 'bout this. easier for the audience to dismiss the story. and it's such a simple thing to fix! get some bright mba for six months to clean up that part of the story. the female part of my gang is all mba and all *ahem* willing to work on this for a nominal fee. 😆

about all the absences, remember the loooong time harman was gone, he was their brother .... and there were no explanations, so i think all the balwants, dheers, vishaka, kuljeet... etc can disappear and reappear depending upon their availability and the need for extras in a scene

like i said above... totally agree!

and now for the most important part of your post! *yes, yes, i know i'm being totally the audience that the creatives think they have - but i seriously love this montage!!!!*

we have had prem smiling in a montage before! that's the one ending with him (in a black shirt), his hand on heer's shoulder, her hand covering his *phhandooooh!*, both of them looking up and there is a faint but unmistakeable smile on his face. there was a smile on his face in the montage where heer goes into a very tight hug with him (in a white shirt, sleeves oh-perfectly-rolledup half way up his arms 😆). i guess in that terrific wedding outfit montage too, there was a smile on his face.

but! this is a totally different smile. this is a smile that is dying to burst out of prem's face. look at his cheeks! they are filled with that smile, making him look like one happy, chubby boy!

i just want to throw my head back and laugh and laugh and laugh with him! 'cause he looks like hc, desperately happy that he is back in the show.

you can say that he's also prem desperately happy to be holding heer's hand and i wouldn't object. no, not i. 😆

but to me? that's hc... and his happiness in front of all the world to see... and i'm fiercely glad for that happiness. 'cause it's mine as well...

no, it isn't that heer, who ruled prem in her dreams. and i soooo love this montage for that. that ag -- as we see in the picture below -- looks as tremendously happy as hc that he's back in the show. but ag is much more in control of her happiness -- you see it below. but in the picture above, she is heer, shy, demure and yet totally confident of the safety of her hands in his. ag has soooo got heer.... 😍 she rules here.

and together at last, looking into each others eyes and smiling, both of them are smiling here, i think i dont care if hc smiles as prem, think prem deserves to smile a bit now that he is back from the dead

see thats the advantage of watching the show on youtube, u can go back and chech things, but this i know even without checking, it has always been prashant acting as manmeet, manmeet never left the house till prem and nihaal tried to expose him the night of 'koi rishta nahin hai, sirf pyar.....' i loved this 😊
and so prashant was studying in london, was working in india, married vishaka, then DJ decided she could help him take over his brothers share of their family money by getting his crazy brother married to meher , initially because heer was already engaged at that point, i think i can write a whole paper on this show, very detailed paper.... so we werent shown the pagal manmeet till prem discovers his truth, at least not the complete truth including prashants marriage, i hope i helped explain some of pandoras secrets and not confuse u further

similarly with the sanjana story, there were a lot of loose threads.... MAJOR thing, why did kiran bring her remains? what was his relationship to sanjana because that might lead up to a connection with RR because that story is defiantely getting more complex with no explanations, could kiran be like dheer, with rr but we dont know that yet.........

oh, i always thought that kul-di's husband was the last to leave canada and so he brought the important "remaining things" back with him. i was just soo sure that prem just couldn't have had anyone in his life before heer that i never took sanjana seriously...
why exactly was kiran there, i thought kulraj was visiting india for her brothers wedding, are they not going back? and when did prem get sanjanas remains in the first place, didnt he get a letter from 'her friends' saying she had committed suicide??? yeah i was glad it wasnt a bigger deal because didnt want prem to have a past without heer, and that would have been against the character they had been showing

btw, i think this is actually where this team makes its gravest error. for people watching the show, they have a much better sense of finances than the creatives seem to think. it just makes it so much less plausible when they are sloppy 'bout this. easier for the audience to dismiss the story. and it's such a simple thing to fix! get some bright mba for six months to clean up that part of the story. the female part of my gang is all mba and all *ahem* willing to work on this for a nominal fee. 😆
oh i am sure there would be lots of applicants for this job specially if it meant taking a look at the shows future track, not even considering the presence of its stars
and now for the most important part of your post! *yes, yes, i know i'm being totally the audience that the creatives think they have - but i seriously love this montage!!!!*

no she didnt have a separate post abt the montage but she did have the pics for 17th dec, and that included the montage, these were the first good ones that i saw... and found a place to analyse them in ur post, so i actually used both posts 😊 to vent my ownthoughts 😊

we have had prem smiling in a montage before! that's the one ending with him (in a black shirt), his hand on heer's shoulder, her hand covering his *phhandooooh!*, both of them looking up and there is a faint but unmistakeable smile on his face. there was a smile on his face in the montage where heer goes into a very tight hug with him (in a white shirt, sleeves oh-perfectly-rolledup half way up his arms 😆). i guess in that terrific wedding outfit montage too, there was a smile on his face.
i thought abt that too, another phhandooh moment, and i also noticed the rolled up sleeves, maybe they do have some people working on gathering feedback from different places, it would be one good thing to do 😉
but! this is a totally different smile. this is a smile that is dying to burst out of prem's face. look at his cheeks! they are filled with that smile, making him look like one happy, chubby boy!

i just want to throw my head back and laugh and laugh and laugh with him! 'cause he looks like hc, desperately happy that he is back in the show.

you can say that he's also prem desperately happy to be holding heer's hand and i wouldn't object. no, not i. 😆

but to me? that's hc... and his happiness in front of all the world to see... and i'm fiercely glad for that happiness. 'cause it's mine as well...
and all of ours, he did look like a different hc, compare the pics from the 1st oct sbs and the 16th dec one, he looks happier, more satisfied, and do these two share something offscreen or is it our very overactive imagination 😳

but this is so characteristic of prem, the glance before holding heers hand, and i never noticed this till u pointed it out

see i was too busy with the hands, eyes, faces, dialogues...didnt notice, and talking abt not noticing where did u see the white socks, i looked pretty carefully and realised he was wearing long boots, when did u see white socks, i also have to find clips with his feet, Lana has been suggesting a prem feet appreciation thread and i havent seen them either .... will catch up this year 😉

no, it isn't that heer, who ruled prem in her dreams. and i soooo love this montage for that. that ag -- as we see in the picture below -- looks as tremendously happy as hc that he's back in the show. but ag is much more in control of her happiness -- you see it below. but in the picture above, she is heer, shy, demure and yet totally confident of the safety of her hands in his. ag has soooo got heer.... 😍 she rules here.

and together at last, looking into each others eyes and smiling, both of them are smiling here, i think i dont care if hc smiles as prem, think prem deserves to smile a bit now that he is back from the dead

btw, i want to know: was this shot in bombay the first time that hc knew he was going to be back in as prem permanently? or were the two of them just imaging the number of sbs phone calls they were gonna get after this prem-returns news got out? 😆 i really want to know when this was shot!
isnt this the set in jaisalmer, i tried to look carefully but it is a bit dark, but if it is jaisalmer then it must be a reaction to the news abt prems comeback bcos they dont show the background clearly and i am guessing thats because they dont want us to pay too much attention to the place, as if we would with prem and heer, that too smiling and holding hands, they can be standind on water and we wouldnt notice till khushi posted caps and we could take 5 mins on each frame 😆

thank you, thank you, thank you for this! i was sooo debating putting up a whole post dedicated to just this montage, i love it so! but i've been peppering the forum with posts - almost as if to make up for the last two weeks. so i really shouldn't. but i did so want to pour my heart out on this one --

how will heer help prem get his memory back? guess that will depend on how she meets him, how she finds out he is really prem who has lost his memory, i would love to see prem falling in love with heer again, lets hope the creatives provide us with a good story there

😆 it wasn't me that noticed white socks (you are talking 'bout the bt,lt on 17 dec?) -- my cousins in singapore emailed me 'bout it. trust me, i didn't notice much during the 17th dec episode after the night prem-heer segment... 😆 .. but i'll ask 'em to confirm it for you.

i remember thinking his feet were quite... uh ... elegant 😆 at the mandir scene when preet gets wedding cards to prem-heer and asks them to go to the mandir to get the card blessed.

remember, where heer puts their "wedding card" at lalit-juneja's feet asking for blessings?

in that episode, prem's feet were bare. and in the zoomed out shots where you can see prem-the-whole-manly-package 😆 his feet look quite .. um ... fine. i think i bt,lt-ed this actually... *don't know whether to be pleased with myself or to cover my face in shame...*

everyother prem feet shot has sandals. the most explicit of these are the ajmer scenes. those heart-breaking ones where we think prem is reacting to heer's dead body. where he's carrying her to his father's feet. where he's carrying her to the edge of the cliff.

and oh, of course, 9/11 prem had feet in sandals too... i wonder though... will prem-feet be appreciating his feet? or the way he walks with 'em?

hope (hope08) once explained to me that some of the montages are *+ productions and not balaji telefilms productions. this one looks like a *+ one, no? so i'd think it'd have been shot in bombay? dunno... but would like to know....
