The next day arrived, bringing a sweet scent of love in the air. The rays of the sun softly hit Prem's closed eyes. He was sleeping on his side hugging a small pillow. He had the sweetest smile on his face as possible. He slowly opened his eyes. He woke up slowly and got up from the bed. He walked towards the window and stretched. The cool air blew against his face making his face light up with freshness. He looked outside at the beautiful fields outside. It was just so beautiful. Greenary everywhere, people enjoying their work, others chatting, and a cool morning atmosphere. Then his eyes fell in the yard behind the house. He could see Balraj and Lalit drinking warm tea and enjoying themselves chatting. He saw Gayatri and Teji stuffing Ash as she barely ate anthing. He saw Kulraj watering the plants and Veera enjoying herself with Shubham by going through the beautiful water sprinklersin the near fields. He saw Hamran taking snap shots of the precious moments. He lastly saw his Preet. Prem had a confused expression on his face. He decided to rub his eyes as he might have been imagining. He rubbed his eyes and then opened his eyes again so see if he was imagining or not. But there he was, HE WAS WORKING IN THE FIELDS! Prem was very happy to see Preet helping out. He knew that Preet would do anything he would tell him to do but he never listened to others. He felt proud of Preet for helping out. It seemed to him that Preet was enjoying. Everyone was outside. But Prem's eyes were searching for someone. Where was she? He had to tell her something: IN PRIVATE. Prem quickly freshened up, took a soothing shower, and got dressed in a simple yellow t-shirt with a black sweatshirt over it and jeans. He ruffeled his wet hair and decided to leave his hair the way it is. He looked nice and simple and SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE........

Preet: Long brown kurta with a white pajama.

Harman: Jeans and a black and red sweater.

Ash: Simple pink salwar kameez.

Meher: Simple red salwar kameez.

Kulraj: A green-purple salwar kameez.

Veera: A pink hollister shirt and light brown capris.

He quickly walked down the stairs. There he saw Meher. She was about to take out some some freshly made tea and kachoris. Prem LOVED kachoris......but only the ones that his mom made. He never liked anyother kachoris. Meher noticed Prem and went straight up to him with a smile. Prem smiled back at his saali.

M: Good morning jeejagi.....

P: (smiles cutely) Good morning.....

M: Aap jaldi se mere saath bahar chaleye.....Sab bahar hi naasta karenge....

P: Theek hai.....

They both leave to go outside. Prem comes outside and walks over to Lalit. Lalit and Balraj see him and their face lights up with happiness.

P: Good morning bauji.....

L: (smiles as he looks at Prem's admiring face) Good morning beta.......

P: Bauji maine clients ko sara project samjha diya hai and unko sari information fax bhi kardi hai.....

L: (gets up and puts his hands on his shoulders- very happy) Yeh toh tune bahot accha kaam kiya beta.....

P: Pata nahi yeh project milega ke nahi......

L: Zaroor milega.....tune inti mehnat joh ki hai......(smiling- pats his face)....

P: Aggar yeh company hame mil gayi naa....toh mai uss company ko Preet ke naam kardunga.....

L: (very annoyed) Yeh tu kya keh raha hai......Uss..Us gadhe ke naam karega.....

P: Please bauji mana mat ki jiye.....Yeh project maine uss liye hi liya hai.....Meri company toh maine Harman ke naam kardi hai par abhi tak Preet ki naam ek bhi company nahi hai......

L: (worried) Nahi iss bar nahi....Maine tujhe apni company Harman ke naam harne di....kyunki mujhe pata ke tum yeh project zaroor jeeto ge.....lekin tu Preet ke naam company nahi karega.....

P: (a little dissappointed- smiles) Company mere naam ho ya Preet ke naam ho.....kya farak radta hai.....

L Mujhe padta hai......Tere paas kya rahega.....Mai tujhe yeh karne nahi dunga.....

P: (serious) Aap ne bhi toh apni company meri naam kar di thi.....aab mere bhi toh farz hai ke mai apne bhaiyo ke madat karo.....Please bauji mere liye.....Please.....

Balraj and Teji were stunned by his unselfish, so naive, so loving, and so caring. They both felt proud to be giving their daughter to such a worthy person. They felt priviledged.

B: ( goes up to Lalit and Prem) Maan ja naa Lalli.....Arre tujhe toh khush hona chahiye ke yeh apne bhaiyo se itna pyaar karta hai....Fakar hona chahiye....

L: Mujhe iss par fakar hai Ballu....lekin mujhe accha nahi lagta jab yeh apna sab kuch dusro ko dee deeta hai......Pata nahi yeh kis matti ka bana hai......Naa koi maang or nahi hi koi sawal.....Joh kehta hu woh sab kuch kar detaa hai....

Gayatri comes and stands on Prem's side.

G: Maan jaiye naa.....

T: Maan jaiya praji...

B: Haan keh naa Lalli......

P: Please bauji.....

L: (looks at Prem innocent face for a while) Theek hai.....

P: (face lights up with happiness) Thank you bauji.....

Lalit hugs Prem. They pull off after a minute.

P: Mai Veera ko dekh kar atta hu....

L: Theek hai.....

Lalit and Balraj both head inside as it was getting hot outside. Teji followed them inside. But Gayatri satayed. As Prem was walking towards the fields, Gayatri called from behind.

G: Prem....

P: (stopped instantly and turned around) Haa maa.....

Prem walks over to her.

Gayatri holds her left ear.

G: Phir aisa kiya naa toh baat nahi karungi tujse.....Aakhri bar saath diya tere......Phir se kabhi APNA kuch Harman ya Preet ko diya naa toh mujse bura koi nahi....

P: (smiles at her innocently)

G: Kya zarurat thi aisa karne ki......Kab tak aisa karega beta....

P: Jab tak zinda hu tab tak.....

G: (tears filling her eyes) Kabhi kabhi tu toh mujhe se bada ban jata hai.....Par aab bas....dekh aab teri shaadi hone wali hai....ek badi zimedari hogi tere uppar.....Tu sirf apne bare mai soch....

P: Aap jaanti hai mai aisa kabhi nahi karunga.....Mere liye mere bhai behen se zyada kuch maine nahi......

G: Nahi....aab tujhe Heer ke bare mai bhi sochna hoga.....woh kya sooche ge jab tu apne jab kuch dosro ko deta aur uske liye kuch nahi rakhega.....

Heer: (from behind) Mujhe kabhi bura nhai lagega.....

Both Gayatri turn to their side to see her. She was looking spectacular. So simple yet elegant and graceful. Prem had his eyes glued to her. She looked SOOOOOO beautiful.

G: Tu kya keh rahi hai.....

H: Maa....mujhe bura tab lagta aggar Prem apne bhaiyo se pyaar NAHI karte.....Maa aap aisa mat sochiye ke Prem mujhe khush nahi rakhega......Uske pyaas inta accha dil hai, aapne maa bauji ka ashirwaad hai, bhai behenoo ka pyaar hai, aur achhe sanskar hai....Phir mai khush kaise nahi rahungi....

G: (smiles as tears flow out of her eyes) Mujhe pata nahi tha ke meri hone wali bahu mere baccho se itna pyaar karti hai.....

Heer smiles and Prem knew that she would always be on his side and she would except all of his decisions. He felt his heart beat for her. He was falling so much in love with her that now he knew that he had to tell her. Heer looked at Prem and smiled at him. Then she looked back at Gayatri who was smiling at her. Heer slowly wiped her tears away and told her to not worry about Prem and her.

H: (silently) Jaha tak mai jaanti hu.....Harman aur Preet, Prem se bahot pyar karte hai.....Toh phir mai kyu bura manugi.....Aap chinta mat kareye....Mai hameesha iss ke saath rahungi....

G: (proud of her- pats her head gently) Jeeti reh beta....Aab mai jaati hu....aaj hum sab ne paas wali farmhouse jaane ka plan banaya hai....aur waha hum Veera ka jaman din bhi banaye ge.....theek hai....

Heer smiles and nods a yes. Gayatri leaves after patting Prem's cheek. That only left Prem and Heer. They both Gayatri go and then look at each other. Heer didn't know what to say to him. Prem some how got words out.

P: (kindly) Thanks.....mujhe samaj ne ke liye....

H: (politely) Mai jaanti hu ke tum Preet Harman aur Veera ko kitna chate ho.....Thanks ki koi zarurat nahi hai.....

Awakward silence comes in. A sudden wind blows blowing Heer's hair. But she cared less because she was too busy staring at Prem. Prem had his eyes glued to her.

P: ( in his mind) Keh do ke nahi....keh hi deeta hu....par kaise kahu.....yeh Preet itni aasani kaise I Love You keh deeta hai......

H: ( in her mind) mujhe aisa kyu lag raha hai ke yeh mujhe kuch kehna chata hai....par keh kyu nahi raha....jo bhi ho.....mai pehle nahi kehne wali....isse hi kehna hoga...par yeh kab kahe ga....

Preet notices them from the distance and walks over to them. He tip toes closer so that they don't notice him. He and stands between the two but 2 feet away. He then decides to be the kabab me haddi....

Pt: (shouting) YAHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.....(screams into Prem's ear-making him come out of his dream world) YAHOOOOOOOOOooOOO....(screams into Heer's ears-making her come to her sences).......(dances around them while singing) Chahe koi mujhe jagali kahe......kehne do ji kehta rahe.....hum pyaar ke toofano me gire hai hum kya kare.......Chahe koi mujhe jangli kahe....

P: (goes to hit him as Preet runs away) Mai tujhe chodunga nahi.....

PT; Pehle pakad ke toh dikhao....

P: Ruk....(saying this Prem chases Preet around the fields. Heer starts laughing at the scene and then she went inside. After a few minutes Pret, Prem, and Harman aslo came inside. We all then gathered up in the family room andtook the time to wish Veera a very very very HAPPY 19th BIRTHDAY! Prem was the first to wish her after the adults.

Veera came and touched Prem's feet. Prem stopped her and hugged her tightly.

P: Happy Birthday baby.....(pulling off) Kya chahiye tujhe.....

V: Kuch nahi bhaiya.....(whispers to him) sirf yeh hi ke aap aur Heer bhabhi jaldi se shaadi karde.....

P: (smiles at her-whispers back) I hope I get to......

They both give a slight laugh. Then Kulraj, Preet, Harman, Meher, and Ash wish her. She looked beautiful and extra cute today. Lastly she came to Heer. Veera bent down to touch her feet but Heer stopped her. Heer hugged Veera tightly and wished her.

H: Happy Birthday.....

V: Thank you bhabhi.....

Heer took a ladoo from the aarti dish and fed her. Preet came up to Heer as he LOVED ladoo A LOT.

Pt: Bhabhi mujhe bhi chahiye.....

H: (smiled at his and also fed him the ladoo) Yeh lo.....

Pt: Wow bhabhi...Yeh ladoo toh bahot acche hai....

Then Gayatri told everyone to go and start packing. We all went to our respected room and started packing. They were going to the farmhouse that Lalit and Balraj had built together. Heer finished her packing and went to help Ash do her packin. Ash had the heaviest bag in the house so she surely needed help. Everyone was ready with the bags after half and hour. All the adults and kids gathered in the family room to have some snacks before they all left.

This what they were wearing.

Meher:

They had warm samosas with garam garam chai and coffee. Everyone ate except Prem and Heer. They were just too busy thinking about each other. They wanted to tell each other their feelings and how much they loved each othe. But how? and when? and where?....Balraj and Lalit were sitting on the big sofa together. Meher and Preet were busy munching on the hot and spicy samosas. Ash was busy drinking her tea and chatting with Meher. Harman and Kulraj were both drinking coffee on the side table and discussing about some court case that Harman's friends has gotten to fight. That left Prem, who was holding a cup of warm coffee and watching some news, and Heer feeding Shubham. She was quite close to him and Shubham loved Heer as much as he loved Prem. After about half an hour, everyone was ready with their bags to leave. There were three cars that they were going to go in. The drivers were going to be Prem, Harman, and Preet. Everyone was standing outside on the porch now. Lalit speaks up.

L: Abb kaun kis gaadi me jayega......

Pt: (goes to Prem's side and whispers to him) I NOT GOING WITH HIM......Can you please please please take him in your car......

P: (smiles) Theek hai......

Pt: THANKUUUUUUUu......(so Sweetly)

P: (tells Lalit) Bauji.....Aap aur Balraj uncle mere saath chaliye...

L: Theek hai beta....Aur baki sab....

Pt: Bhabhi mere saath aayegi.....(he pulls Heer on his side and she just smiles at his cuteness.....

Shubham: (runs to Heer) Aur mai Heer mami ke saath jaonga.....

H: Kul di aap mere saath chaleyi.....

Pt: Meher mere saath chalegi.....

H: Aur Ash mere saath aa sakti hai.....

This way everyone was divided. In Prem's car: LALIT, BALRAJ, GAYATRI, AND TEJI. In Preet's car: HEER, SHUBHAM, AND MEHER. In Harman's car: Ash and Kulraj. They all left after putting their bags in the trunk. Prem's car ride was pleasant as he got to hear about Lallu-Ballu's childhood stories. Preet' car was quite exciting. Meher kept arguing with Preet and Preet kept teasing his bhabhi. In Harman's car, Kulraj and Ash kept dicussing anout whatthey were going to wear in Prem-Heer's wedding while Harman took glances of Ash. After about 3 and a half hour, everyone reached the farmhouse. First, Prem parked his car near the garage, Then came Preet followed by Harman's car. They reached around 4: 30 in the afternoon. The sun was glowing brightly in the sky and a cool breeze had filled the atmosphere. One by one everyone got out and walked to the porch. The Juneja kids had never seen the farmhouse but Heer, Meher and Ash had seen it before. It was very beautiful. Preet, Meher, Harman, Veera, and Ash went straight to go lok around the farmhouse and their surroundings. The scenery was just mind-blowing. It felt like they were on a paradise. Prem and Heer entered the farhouse together. As they walked in, Lalit came up to them.

L: (smiling) Beta.....ek kaam karoge....

P: (smiling back) Hukum ki jiye bauji....

L: Tu sham ko Heer ke saath yaha paas wale Shiv mandir me lee jaana aur darshan karke aana.....Waha ki mamyata hai ke joh bhi jodi waha jaati hai woh janmo janmo tak nahi tooti.....

P: Hum chale jaayenge......

L: (serious) Par sirf tum dono jaoge......uss nalayak ko saath mat lee jaana.....kaam chor kahi ka.....

P&H: (smile).

Lalit heads to join Gayatri, Teji, and Balraj at the patioset. That left only Prem adn Heer inside to themselves. Prem and Heer look at each other.

H: Mai tumhare liye paani lee kar atti hu......

Saying this, she goes towards the kitchen. But Prem holds her hand from behind. Heer turns around suddenly. She looks at Prem's passionate eyes that reflected so much love.

P: Mujhe tumse kuch kehna hai.....

H: (softly) Kya kehna hai......(feeling really shy)....

P: Yeh hi ke mai.....tumse....mai....(can't find the words).......woh mai....

H: Tum Kya???.....

P: (looks deeply into her glittering eyes) Mai....tumse bahot pyaar karne laga hu.....

Heer just stood there in shock. Did he really jst say what she was dying to hear from him.

P: (continues) Mai tumse bahot pyaar karne laga hu......pata nahi kaise, kab, kaha.....lekin tumhare paas reh kar mujhe bahot accha lagta hai.....mujhe har jaga tum hi nazar atti ho....soote jaagte....uthte behte......sirf tum hi nazar atti ho.....

Prem slowly pulls Heer closer to him. Heer's eyes are welled up. She had a cute smile on her face which reflected her immense amount of happiness and love towards Prem. His touch was just melting her...into his love...into prem.....her Prem......

He pulled her until they were only inches apart. His right hand holding onto her left hand. And his left hand supportivly around her waist. He couldn't stop looking into her eyes. She didn't have the courage to look at anything else besides his face.

P: (whispers in a husky tone) I really love you....

H: (a tear rolled out of her eye but prem softly kissed it away)

The touch of his lips on his cheek made Heer shiver. Her skin turned cold and she felt as she was on cloud nine. Prem held her face in his hands as if he was holding the most precious thing to him in the world.

P:(husky tone) Mai nahi jaanta ke tum mere baare me kya sochti ho.....shayad mai kuch zyada hi boring hu.....shant hu.....ek aisa ladka hu joh sirf apne parivar ke bare sochta hai.....lekin aab tum bhi mere parivar ka hissa ho.....mera hissa ho.....mai tumhe woh har khushi dunga joh tum chaati ho.....mai...

Heer was just too happy to know how much he liked her or should I say LOVED her. And now it was her turn to tell him that she loved him more then her own self.

H:(holds his face in her face softly) Sahi kaha tumne....tum bahot hi shant ho aur sirf apne parivar ke liye jeete ho.....lekin tumhare paas woh hai joh har koi ladki chahegi.....(takes her right hand and places it on his heart) Tumhara yeh saaf dil.....joh itna bada hai ke puri duniya issme samaa sakti hai.....ek aisi soch hai joh sab me hum paana chate hai.....Tum ek aise bete ho joh har maa baap paa kar garv kare.....ek aise bhai ho joh apne bhai beheno ko apne aap se zyada pyaar kare....aur ek aise jeevan saathi ho joh koi bhi ladki khona naa chahe......phir mai tumhe kaise pasand naa karu.....Mai toh ussi din se tumse pyar karne lagi thi jab hamara rista teir hua tha.....(Prem smiles at her listening to her every word carefully).....har ek pal me mera pyar tumhare liye badta hi jaa raha hai....

They both look at each other with eyes full of love and passion and then they embrace into a teddy like hug.

H: (whispers in his ear-while still hugging him) I love you.....

Prem got the cutest smile on his face after hearing this from her. They pull off from the hug and look at each others faces. They were deeply in love. And soon they were going to be binded into a realtionship that will never break. A relationship from their arranged-love marriage. Heer lowered her eyes as she did feel a little shy but she loved the comfort she got from him. His arms around her felt like he was protecting her from all the evil that was present in the world. Why did he have to be so sweet, so polite, so perfect? She could feel his eyes looking at her with so much affection and passion. The silence between them was finally broken when Gayatri called both Prem and Heer into her room. They both went to her room together. As they entered, they found Lalit hugging Balraj in excitment and Gayatri hugging Teji in the excitment. All four of them were soooooo happy. But Prem and Heer were still confused on what the matter was. Teji notices Prem and Heer and goes towards Heer. Her eyes were filled with tears of joy. She came and hugged Heer tightly. Heer hugged her back smiling but still not knowing what was going on. Teji pulls off from the hug and looks at her daughter. She placed her hand on her cheek and just looked at her.

T: (overjoyed with tears of happiness in her eyes) Aaj mai bahot khush hu.....pata hai kyu....?

Heer nods a "No."

Gayatri comes and places her hand on Prem's cheek. Prem smiled back at her.

G: Pandit ji ka phone tha.....tum dono ki shaadi ki taarik tair ho gayi hai......saat(7) din bad ma muhurat hai......Aur saat din baad, Heer humari hogi......

Prem and Heer were just overwhelmed by the news. Only seven days left and after that they were going to be one, forever and ever. Both parents hugged their child and then headed out to do preparations for the engagement that was going to be held the next day as it was the best muhurat for the "sagaii...." But before leaving, Lalit reminded Prem that he wanted Heer to go with him to the Shiv mandir. Heer leaves to get ready and so does Prem.

SOOOOOOOOOOO SORRRY TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE TOLD ME TO UPDATE BUT I WAS JUST SO BUSY WITH SCHOOL-SOOO MACH PROJECTS AND EXAMS.....BUT I FINALLY GO THE TIME....PLEASE DO READ AND COMMENT ON HOW IT TURNED OUT TO BE......I TRIED VERY HARD SO DO POST ANY CRITICISM AND YOUR OPINIONS.....DYING TO READ THEM......LOVE YOU ALLLLLL.....
