I think the track is going to have that Kaho na pyaar hai thing going on. Why would HC know the furthur track unless he won't have a future role in it. The title kind of hints at what we are looking at for the future. Heer and Prem both knew which "desh" each of them lived in, now Heer won't know who her future lies with. Hence, Where does he live.
