The TRPs always follow a pattern. The previous day's episode determines the next day's TRPs. The TRPs on Monday is always depended on what they show in the Thursday's episode. Since they showed Prem dead on Thursday viewers wanted to check whether that actually happened or if it was just a stunt and then they showed the precap for 7 Oct episode which clearly showed his face and that put off the audience bcoz now there is no hope of him coming back and hence the TRPs are down. I am still expecting the TRPs to be high for a week or so due to all the cry fest that's going to happen. The real test for the show and the fans will be when they move on after mourning Prem's death. How the story progress from that point is what will determine who will win this battle - the creators of the show or the fans (i really hope the fans win). Also one more noteworthy thing in the TRPs is that the show may be at no 10 but it is still a top show for Star. Our aim should not only bring it down the charts but also make sure that it is not the top rated show for Star. Which will make the channel wake up and bring Harshad back or move the show to some other time slot or better still axe it completely. I really hope for the sake of the show and the actors that they bring Harshad back soon. Till then continue with the bringing down TRP campaigns.
