My Answer is preety long:

Jugnu is the urdu word used for Fire Fly. Fire Fly is the insect/bird which has a bulb kind thing at its end and provides light in the dark/night.

And there is a panjabi Legend/Folk story(dnt know) in which Jugni is referred to the fire fly(female fire fly) who falls in love with a beautiful man who was lost in the dark. she provides him her light and let him out of the jungle . And in the end, the man leaves her by saying her only an insect and from that day that jugni remains alone forever and prayed to Lord that the pain from which she is going through, no other may have such a pain...and from that day Jugni is born who prays for love, live for love,, and spent her days wherever she can find Love and peace...

After this story punjabi's used to make jwellery named Jugni and something like that....

In KDMHMD, when heer was getting engaged to Manmeet, Jugni was dancing, an old hag told heer that she is jugni whose lover went to war and never returned...everyone said that he is dead and from then she is praying for Love..and pain like that Jugni...

and our jugni live wherever she finds True and Pure Love (indicated and directed to Premeer), whether its Ambala or Rajhistan or Ludhiyana......

If Premeer shifts to Newyork I am sure she will move to Ny too...😆 Just kidding... She just feels the purity of Premeer love...

I know you will say its not related to society, its giving wrong concept to viewers coz u watch a realistic show and KDMHMD is a lovestory....STORY.....Hope u understands, dear....

I started watching the show in may 2009 and wanted to know the first day Kis Desh was aired to watch from the begining. Can anyone tell me when was the frist episode? Thanks

& no yaar i have watched ekta shows & all kind of shows since i was a kid! & i fell in love wid many of her shows too...so i dnt find look for "logic" in everything...i m really young & i still like imaginative stuffs & fictions😊

I wana know whts the difference between the TAM ratings n the ones we get from audiencemap.com?Im confused..one more thing ,Is TVR n TRP the same? heres a part of an article i was reading on google .

Among the Top 10 programmes on Hindi GECs, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai rules the charts again, with the highest TVR of 6.7. Bidaai has recorded a TVR of 5.4, followed by Balika Vadhu, which garnered 4.7. Zee TV's Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo is at No. 4 in Week 25, with a TVR of 4.3. At No. 5 is Colors' Uttaran, which fetched a TVR of 3.9.

The other top programmes in Week 25 are Chhoti Bahu, Betiyaan Ghar Ki Lakshmi and Saregamapa Li'l Champs-09 on Zee TV; Na Aana Is Des Laado on Colors and Raja Ki Aayegi Baarat on Star Plus.
