"What!!!.......Bachelor Party!!!......Wow man......cool", settling down himself in his comfy chair, excited Preet was talking to one of his friends on the phone. "Who else is coming?.....sounds Wicked!!!..... that's gonna be one hell of a rocking party we ever had....awesome dude"........as the conversation took a turn to Preet's lifestyle, feeling pity for himself Preet continued "well I am in the office right now, arre yaar you know naa ke Dad is allergic to my freedom that's why he wants me to handle the new project........but my Prem Bhaia is a STAR......he always helps me out with this......actually he is the one handling most of the part in this project".......Prem Bhaia's name had brought a broad smile on his face......after mom, Prem bhaia is always his second priority.......Dad becomes the third one for Preet because both the father and son always end up having two different points of view on any conversation........Prem is not just his elder brother BUT his best friend too.........with a shocked face, Preet asked his friend "What?? abhi??.....dimaag kharab hai tera??? agar dad ko pata chal geya tho woh mujhe din mein taare dekha denge.....aur waise bhi aaj toh woh....wait Prem bhaia is in the office too, I am sure he can handle dad.......BINGO!!!!......I will catch you guys in the club then....gotta go now.....bye", after hanging up the phone, Preet headed towards Prem's office.

Getting out of the elevator, as Preet took a right turn to Prem's office, he got all concerned about the person coming towards him. Seeing her somber face, he called out her name with concern, "are you al...." couldn't finish his words when his eyes caught the nail marks on her right hand. Immidiately, he sensed something was definitely wrong with her when Heer just passed by Preet totally ignoring his words.......and he very well knew that somehow her condition has got to do with...Prem Bhaia. Not wasting a second, he rushed to his brother's room. As soon as he opened the door of Prem Bhaia's room, the sight of him made his heart went out for him. He remembered the day, Prem Bhaia had told him about his feelings for Heer, Preet was so happy for his brother, who finally thought about himself other than his family. The excitement in Prem's eyes was still captured in Preet's memory. But right now, all he was seeing is 'pain' in Bhaia's eyes. Sitting on the single sofa, holding his jaw lines with both his palms while his elbows were supported by his knees, Prem is still thinking about the incident....That hurt look on her face was still flashing in his mind, making him feel even more miserable. He even noticed that 'hatred' looks on her face before turning to leave the room..... "She hates me" even though his heart totally refused to believe that but his mind made him assure that 'She hates him'.....looking at his heart-broken brother, Preet couldn't help but called out softly, "Bhaia?.."

Did not want to show his tears to his younger brother, Prem quickly got up from the sofa, trying to hold up his emotions he smiled, "..Preet....umm com...", cutting him out Preet continued, " is everything ok between you and heer?? "......holding his forhead while falling back on the sofa Prem informed "I screwed up again Preet.....now she hates me ". Remembering Prem's last night proposal that he shared with Preet after coming back home. Out of shock Preet could not find any words to console his brother......." I am sure she hates me ", taken a back by Prem's this comment......."umm what do you mean by your sure? Did she say herself that she doesn't like you?" did not want to use the word 'hate' for his lovable brother, Preet softly asked him. Looking down on the floor Prem quietly explained "I saw her eyes.....those tears......those hatred....those.." sensing the emotions building up in his heart, Preet gently tapped his brother's shoulder to stop from continuing further. "I wanted to tell her how much she means to me.......I wanted to tell her what I think about her.......what I feel for her......but".....looking up to his brother Prem exclaimed "but she wasn't willing to listen to me once....... her silence was killing me.......I couldn't take it anymore Preet, I couldn't control my feelings and I ended up kis......" before he could finish up, being aware of Prem's aggressive side, Preet understood it all, not wanting to put his brother into embarassment, he again interrupted Prem, feeling his brother being carried away by the situation. " She hates me Preet " he broke down reluctantly.

Never in his life Preet ever came across this side of his brother. Never in his life he even imagined that his brother would break down in front of him almost like a kid. His bhaia was always loving, caring, aggressive sometimes emotional even BUT not this......this is indeed a new sight of him that Preet got to witness today...thanks to Heer. 'Now no matter what Heer WILL BE my sister-in-law, my Prem Bhaia's lawfully wedded wife, even if it is against her wish BUT she will be a part of their family very soon', Preet became adamant.

"I didn't know that my brother would give up on someone who is very precious to him?" making Prem look back at him, Preet continued "May be she hasn't forget her past yet......c'mon we all know that she has been through a lot along with her younger sister........her fiancee cheated on her, her fiancee whom she loved with all her heart.....and......" cutting him Prem pointed out "But that was 2 years back.......I have been seeing her in silence mood ever since that son of a b**** dumped her......but that wasn't my fault you know that right?.....I was totally unaware of Manmeet's plan......"taking a deep breathe "...I can't see her upset face anymore........it kills me inside.......I want to take away all her pains.......give her all the happiness she deserves......"......." and you will bhaia trust me" giving his brother an assuring smile Preet explained "If YOU give up like that then who would make Heer realise that this is not the end of the life.......that there is someone who cares about her smile, her happiness.... ..you should make her realise that YOU are the one who is and always will be there with her no matter what...."......"Yes!! I am the one for her....I can't just let her go" said a determind Prem while getting up from the sofa. " That's like my Prem bhaia " feeling proud of himself for being able to bring his determined brother back in him.

"Now no worries at all!!!.......shaadi se pehle na sahi par shaadi ke baad toh Heer ko manna hi parega that YOU are her prince charming!!" a sudden voice from back surprised both the brothers......"DI ??!!" both uttered at the same time.....observing kulraj di's face they knew that di had heard everything and she is with them as always......"but what about this marriage thing??" asked a confused Prem. " Well, when mom got to know about your feelings for Heer, she talked to dad and now both of them are ready to welcome Heer in our family" ruffling Prem's hair like a mother di informed Prem. " But I didn't say anything to maa, only Pre...."stopped in the mid way, as Prem looked towards Preet demanding an explanation......holding his ears and leaving them instantly "sorry bhaia!....woh actually I couldn't stop myself from informing mom about this good news"........."see diiii!!!" making a puppy face Prem complained to his elder sister like a kid making kulraj laugh at her cute brother "awww....oummuah.....but in a way it's good naa beta.......at least mujhe toh apne bhai-behno ki shaadi dekhne ko milenge" winking at Prem while giving Preet a high five.

lol raksha di, let me remind you once again that YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SUPPORTED ME IN POSTING IT HERE, remember how i wasn't sure about whether I should post it or not😉......so you deserved that "thanks"....period.....no more discussion on that samjhe meri "next janam" ki bahu???😛😃

Woaaa... That was a great part!! I feel so bad for Prem and Heer.. tsk tsk Preets the same old fun loving guy... But thats what I like about him. He's like his brothers confidence, if it wasn't for Preet, Prem would've never been so determined.. I love Preet.

Omg Heer's story is soo sad. Poor her, but why doesn't she let destiny giver her happiness? I can totally understand what she's going through, but I think she's scared to look at happiness. I think she's scared to lose Prem like that stupid fiance of her dumped her. Btw was that Manmeet by any chance? I hope Prem can convince Heer to marry her, does he need to convince her to marry her? He can convice her after marriage too... 😉😆

At the end I loooved Kul di. Kul, Preet and Gayatri are the best. I hope they can get married Heer married to Prem... oh and your surprise in the next part is scaring me... Continue soon! 😃
