Disclaimer: From now on I'm going to refer to Kamran as Kabir, because it just makes things much much easier. If he turns out to Kamran and not Kabir, then I'll start using Kamran. =]
April 9th Written Update
Everyone has flashbacks of how they were crying at Kabir's funeral as they stand, shocked. Kamran stares at Afreen who is crying as she looks at him. He walks off to look around the house as more flashbacks of his funeral are shown. Mr. Hasan asks, "Why are you all looking at him with surprise? This is our Kabir." Zareen says, "Then who was the ones for who's death we were crying." Mr. Khan says, "If, if this is our Kabir…then why didn't he come home?" Mr. Hasan says, "Khan Sahib, when the time comes Kabir will be able to tell us himself. All I know is that right now his mental condition isn't right. He can't even recognize people."
Nadira declares, "Ask him how the car accident happened. If he is our Kabir then he would know the truth." Mr. Hasan says, "Kabir doesn't remember anything right now. But as soon as his memory returns, he will tell everyone the truth. Doctor has said that if Kabir returns home his memory will return soon."
Zareen walks up to Kabir and emotionally touches his face. "I knew you would return, son. You wouldn't leave your mom. I knew it, I told all of you that my son would return." Shahnawaz walks up to him. Zareen says, "Where had you gone? I won't let you go anywhere now." Mr. Khan simply states, "Our Kabir has returned." Kabin & Zareen hug.
Another emotional moment takes place now, but this time it's only Zareen, Kabir, and Mr. Khan. I'm sorry guys, I will not get into detail with this, it's quite boring. Mr. Khan tells Kabir that Zareen never believed he had gone forever. Zareen talks about how she knew her son would never leave her, etc.
Shahnawaz calls out to Afreen who comes with Lil Kabir. He introduces Kabir to Afreen and his child. Kabir takes Baby Kabir in his arms and *Tose Naina Laage* plays. Kabir says that he feels very weird for everything in his mind is tangled. The family and what they say is all strange to him. Mr. Khan tells him to not put pressure on his brain. Zareen volunteers to show him his room and Afreen takes little Kabir from Kabir. In his room are pictures of him and Zareen, etc. He picks up the picture of him and Afreen. He asks who she is and Zareen makes an angry face and tells him to forget it and rest. He puts the picture down but picks it up again once his so-called parents leave. Shahnawaz returns with his shoes. The ones Kabir had given to Azaan. But Azaan always knew he could never become like Kabir. All the happiness of the house left when Kabir left.
Azaan's at work having flashbacks of moments with Afreen as Tose Naina Laage plays. He's angry at himself for being bothered by her thoughts. The lawyer comes and hands him the divorce papers. Azaan has more flashbacks of Afreen as he signs. Halflway through his pen runs out of ink. Azaan said it's too early anyways. The lawyer leaves.
Afreen thanks God for bringing Kabir back. But of course, she is STILL wanting to know who ATTEMPTED to kill Kabir. (Smart girl eh?) Kabir asks if he can enter. She invites him in. He says he was looking for Azaan. Afreen says Azaan won't return till the next night. Kabir apologizes for disturbing her. Afreen asks him to stay and says that it's her duty to tell him that someone had tried killing him. The person is someone from the house itself. She says that now the person knows he's back and now they'll try to attack him again. So she requests him to stay alert, especially the day after where Zareen has held a huge party on his return. Kabir thanks her and leaves. Afreen thinks, This is my Kabir.
Khala is angrily cutting vegetables. "How did this dead guy come back? It's good until his memory is gone, but the day it returns, he'll recognize the murderer. But till the day I'm alive, I won't let this happen." She calls someone with her cell phone and tells the person to meet her at the kitchen.
Zareen is ordering everyone around the party. Kabir comes up to him and says, "If you don't like your wife's decorations, then there's no need to cry. Be a man! Go and tell her that this decoration doesn't look good." Mr. Khan laughs. Kabir apologizes for he doesn't even remember that he's their son. Mr. Khan says they were friends then, and they are friends now too. Kabir says he loves old people friendly like him. Mr. Khan gets emotional and shows how Zareen has gone crazy out of happiness. They hug. Zareen asks him to help her.
A lady in a burkha comes to the kitchen. Khala hands her a picture of Kabir, and tells her there must not be a mistake this time, the work should be done before the party ends. Kabir hears this conversation and then has a flashback of his conversation with Afreen earlier. The episode ends with the dialogue, "It's true that someone wants to kill me."
