Well, I guess there is no doubt that Azaan was a horrible boyfriend, and nobody questions whether KA love was true. I guess the topic of debate is SA love. I agree with those in the minority in this case- Azaan's love with Saniya was true, not simply an infatuation. They were incredibly cute together (check out videos on pg. 1), and not only that, they found their way to each other without destiny playing a hand. They loved each other for their qualities, not because they were bound/ brought together by forces out of their control.

Destiny sounds romantic and whimisical, but the truth is that destiny is another way of saying it doesn't matter what you do, you are still going to end up this way, and AA are a perfect example of this. Despite their own khwaish and dreams, they had to (pretty much forced to) come together.

AA love is conditional because it could only develop when destiny kicked in- Azaan loves Afreen not because of her qualities, like he did Saniya when he met her, but because she is pregnant with Kabir's child. If it had not been for destiny, Azaan would've lived just as happily with Saniya (Saniya was positive before AA marriage), and Afreen with Kabir, so to say that destiny brought them together because they were each other's true love wouldn't be correct because true love is whoever makes you happy and complete, which they were with their respective partners even before they met each other.

PS- Someone earlier said that Azaan did not have the same love in his eyes for Saniya as he did for Afreen, but I think that is because Azaan's character was not able to convey that emotion because Yasir Shah was so new to acting. I don't think that actually has anything to do with SA love.

i beg to differ wid ur views. if SA's love is true luv as u say sania doesn't need to pull all these bakwas dramas.they say if ur luv is true let it free.if it's urs it will be back if not move on. i agree AA relationship is forced .but no one forced them to fall for eachother. and azaan didn't fall in luv wid afreen bcoz he is obligated ,he didn't like her even when they r married .they r hell bent for not falling for each other . they just wanna stay strangers even though they r married . but they fell for each other he is spellbound seeing her goodness & how kind hearted she is.it's not that he is new to acting and he couldn't show his emotions properly when he is in luv wid sania. hav u ever seen him missing sania as he is missing afreen the answer is no. i agree he some what felt a friendlyluv towards sania. but he is emotionally and heartidly attached to afreen. yes he was in luv wid sania thru his mind but he is in luv wid afreen wid his heart.the defnation of luv in my point of view is completly oppisite wid ur point of view.luv should happen unknowingly they say dil ko kuch pata hi na chala the way it happened in AA case luv is matter of heart not mind. u cannot choose the person u luv .but u simply fell for that person.they hav no idea how they r falling for each other.i clearly stand on my point that AS affair is just infatuation,just an attraction between opposite sex thats it . it's not luv. matches r made in heaven AA r destined to be together.luv shudn't be planned it just happens 😳

I have always thought of love a little differently. At some point, I do think love is planned because love is a commitment more than it is an emotion. Azaan had made that committment to Sania, and he is only falling in love with Afreen after he has accepted his committment to her and the baby (like Azaan keeps explaining to Saniya--it is best to accept this decision of God as I already have).

And Azaan did miss Saniya a lot. In the ARY Oct. 23rd episode (if I am not mistaken), he ran after another lady thinking it was Saniya. On their wedding night, Azaan was thinking of Saniya and Afreen of Kabir. Finally, I also remember Azaan thinking of Saniya during the court case after the lathi-charge where Afreen was hurt, and they were coming back from the hospital in the car.

I love AA jodi too, but I do see that it was made on the ruins of SA love, and if Saniya is hurt and confused, I don't blame her. Of course, trying to hurt Afreen's baby and running psychotically after a married man isn't acceptable either, but I do understand where Saniya is coming from.

i don't agree to the fact azzan fell for afreen after he commited himself to the baby and afreen. thats not true, the day he got married even though he didn't luv her he accepted her as his wife and the baby as his.he himself doesn't know when he started liking her and that turned into luv .it just happened

i agree azzan missed sania, but in what situations when he had encounters wid afreen that is when he missed her coz he needed a friend to rely on.it's completly wrong for sania trying to break a relationship& trying to hurt a baby. when time and again azzan himself said he is moving on .i do understand she is hurt .but there is noooooo way her actions r acceptable . her feelings for azzan in past maybe true, but right now it's purely revenge and jelousy. she is cheating her so called "love".if her luv is true she doesn't need to emotionally blackmail azzan. the day she came to know abt AA's marraige she shud hav confronted azzan.if u put azzan at fault for not coming upfront wid sania bfr, we shud put sania at fault too.again i stand clearly on point AS affair is not luv,(sorry i cannot use the word luv wid them)ok i can agree for this they liked eachother

wen u put it like dat i hav 2 agree with u leela 😳 wen azaan was with saniya he didnt act like this. infact saniya did the running after azaan 😆 the feelings dat has arisen in azaan is the kind of love dat lasts. if saniya were azaan's true love then he would not hav fallen for afreen. some might say azaan is just doin his duty. but duty doesnt make a person think 24/7 abt some1 😳
i too think the darba scene u mentioned is an indication dat AA r meant for each other 😛

I agree with the analysis given, most part of it, and that AA are suppose to be together. But I also think that Sanya and Azaan did love each other bec. yesterday's episode, when she ihs leaning towards him to kiss him, Azaan too wants to. Even though he loves Afreen now, there are those feelings that he has for Saniya in which (let me plainly say) he wants to be physical. You know what I mean? But if Sanya, as ppl. said in earlier posts, didn't turn evil then we would sympatize with her too bec Azaan and she were together for 5 yrs but plainly speaking I LOVE AFREEN and AZAAN JODI!!!!!!!!!

anjudiva, i agree with you completely.
and dhoopkinarey, yeah, definitely agree, love is about commitment, trust and loyalty. and all AS had was infatuation.you don't realize this until you see true love, as we saw with kabir and afreen. you don't need to be physically close to someone to love them. isn't that why radha krishna's jodi is given a divine status over krishna and rukmini? don't want to even compare any of these serial dramas with religion, but just trying to make a point about our notions of what true love is.

here's my analysis of azaan:
I don't agree with the people who think that azaan is in love with afreen. If he has fallen in love with afreen, he hasn't realized it yet. But I think he hasn't fallen in love yet.

Think about it, perhaps he never really loved saniya. But it was the strongest emotion of its kind that he had known for years. That is until he saw what true love was when he saw it between kabir and afreen.

Once he seriously realized his responsibility for his family, and the need to follow in kabir's footsteps...then slowly, I think he more or less fell in love with the idea of falling in love with his wife, being the loving husband, and the caretaker. He's been a good kid, for the most part, taking care of afreen and his family. And the scene with afreen's dad? vah, that was really beautiful. But beyond being a good kid, in terms of realizing his true feelings, he just confused. Apparently, saniya confuses him. and i think he realizes the pain he is giving afreen, so even if there was a bit of confidence in him to take on the role of the husband (after appa talked to him), he's kind of stepped down to being the helping devar again. his respect for afreen is growing, so maybe he feels that he doesn't have the right to be on her level, to have that equal relationship, and to love her...yes, haha, all of this while, saniya easily seduces him from time to time.

really, guys, today I missed kabir so much. He would have never allowed afreen to go alone like this. she's pregnant for goodness sakes. when i saw the scenes leading to her going to her prenatal exercise class, and the scenes there, it just tore my heart. she deserves having a loving husband on her side. and if kabir was there...sigh...

afreen is really brave. think about it girls, what state you would be in if you were afreen. she does what she has to with a smile on her face even when in the inside she's hurting. ...and i think her integrity and pure motives is making her literally more beautiful than ever. really, beauty does lie in the eye of the beholder. and these days, i'm finding her more and more beautiful (and even though seeing her sad makes me sad, i think she looks even more beautiful in those scenes).

so, this was actually about kabir. i just needed to justify my feelings. i truly miss him. i hope that in her dreams, kabir is giving her the strength she needs. and really, i hope they are united for janams and janams. (yes, i know this is only a serial, but let a girl dream, yaar!). this azaan kid is only a kid...he doesn't deserve afreen.
