Kaali Shaktiyan is a story based on all the urban myths and beliefs of the people in the villages. This is the story of Thakur Pratap Singh and his family. After seeing a dead body in the wilderness, Thakur's brother goes to seek out the person whose behind all this. What he discovers is something very horrifying and beyond believe. He finds out a chudail is behind all this and with the help of the villagers, they kill her. Things don't stop there, the worshippers of the chudail takes her body and kidnaps the Thakurs daughter Jasmin, cuts a little piece of hair from her and with the help of black magic, places the hair into the coffin of the chudail which makes the soul of the chudail enters Jasmin. 20 years have passed and Jasmin (Afreen) grew up to be a beautiful girl and has fallen in love with Dev (Kabir) whom she dearly loves. Jasmin how ever still has the evil spirit living inside her and each night, her behavior and body changes into a non-human figure and seeks out new victims and drinks their blood. Will this spirit ever leave Jasmin's body? Will Dev and Jasmin be able to live happily together?
