10/16: Changing dynamics for SS

I considered giving this the title Sanjay's FINAL acceptance...lol Sanjay's acceptance has taken multiple epis...but I'm glad it was shown realistically in that sense...it's a big thing to come to accept...takes time.


Sanjay's mutinous expression in response to Prabha's threats is a clearly warning bell for her if only she could see it...lol

Sanjay's tormented state of mind continued today also as he struggled with wanting to call Shruti but lamenting the fact that everything has changed and he can't vent to her like before...what will he tell her now...the new realizations churning within him don't give him enough of a peace of mind to be able to tell her anything that is in his mind and heart.


On the other side, Shruti is still very much in love with Harsh...talking to his photo and telling him even though she never won the dandiya competition with him, that loss is dearer to her than any victory she has today.


I liked Sanjay's convo with his father...what a diplomatic and calm personality his father has😆...and I'm glad that they showed him concerned for Sanjay, not ignoring the obvious tensions in the house...the way he asked Sanjay about Shruti...and Sanjay being unable to articulate in a straightforward way but saying defensively if this is considered love, then so be it...I felt all this was realistic today...and his father's dialogue in response...whatever kind of love it may be, that is what gives life flavor...also giving Sanjay sound advice that whatever decision he takes, he will have to be responsible for it all his life...I liked the subtlety of the dialogues...where his father explained to him that Shruti has to manage many more relationships in her life and her feelings probably won't take this turn easily...very nicely written scene...I sensed Sonal's stamp all over it👏


And later, finally by the end Sanjay accepts that he wants to marry Shruti...that scene with his friend in the office...btw this friend is like so calm and matter of fact about everything😕😆...anyways I loved Manav's acting in this scene...he's done a great job these past few epis of showing that change, that tension, that turmoil in Sanjay as he battles the reality of his changed feelings...and finally Sanjay's reservations about what to say to Shruti...not wanting to lose his best friend...but his friend gave him sound advice too...it's a test of their friendship...if it really is as strong as they say, it will weather this storm...it's a gamble that has to be taken...or he will lose that relationship any which ways.

I noticed in the credits that Sonal is no longer writing the story...she's doing just screenplay again...hmm wonder if she will move on from this show soon too😕😆

Simply loved todays epi. All the turmoil and gamut of emotions that Sanjay is going through was beautifully shown. Sanjays anger, frustration, helplessness and finally his acceptance of love was beautifully portrayed by Manav.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED the scene of sanjay with his father. What a calm and understanding father. He made sure sanjay knew he was with him in whatever decision he took, while explaining to him about the repercussions and side-effects of the decision too. The father may not have much voice in the house, what with the screeching mom et al, but Sanjay knows he can turn to him when needed.

This khushboo kid is so adorable. "Sab log ami ami ami kehte hai." ha ha ha.

On dandiya night, i was under the impression, the friend liked shruthi. No? Now all of a sudden, he's aware that sanjay has feelings for her. Anyways, another nice scene there. Friend being matter of fact and telling things as it is. No beating around the bush. "You like shruthi, if you don't wanna discuss it, fine! At least don't lie to yourself" and that made sanjay confess. :-)

Precap seems misleading. Looks quite early for a confession.

Yes, Sanjay's scene with his dad was indeed the highlight of the epi...fab dialogues...deffo Sonal's work.


Khushboo's scenes with her mother were quite cute too...finally the RJ kid isn't annoying me that much😆...her character is better in this show.


Re: Precap...lol yeah it's likely a dream...I also don't think Sanjay will be able to gather the guts to confess right now...

LOL sach Swetha, b/w this and JLZ, my head is spinning...the storylines are running on VERY similar lines right now barring the age issue in JLZ...baaki sab same hai...gundo se ladaayi, realization, confession, dream😆...it becomes difficult for me to keep the two shows straight in my head.😆

Btw did you guys notice that even now Sanjay can't even bring himself to say out LOUD that he LOVES Shruti...lol...the most he's managed to admit is that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her, MARRY her...but the LOVE word he hasn't been able to admit to HIMSELF also yet...toh phir Shruti ko kaise bolega?😆
