Television actress Ridhi Dogra says adventure reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi has been a liberating experience.

"I have never done anything even remotely risky. In fact, I wouldn't even cycle for fear of falling, but the show has taught me how to conquer my fears," she says.

The actress says she learnt important lessons during the shoot. "Firstly, you should not think any less of yourself. Each stunt was a challenge and I had two options: To quit or to emerge as a champion. I chose the latter," she recalls, adding, "I now know that if I put my mind to it, I can achieve anything. Our race in life is with ourselves. No matter how hard life gets, learn to laugh at yourself. That is why I had so much fun on the show," she adds.

So, just out of curiosity, as Ridhi's stunt is underwater tomorrow,

who knows how to swim here? and how well?

I've had a few swimming lessons some years back through my school but I still did not learn lol I can't swim at all :P

Same here Sid, learnt to swim in school. I did learn but haven't been swimming after, lol. Dont know if i would be able to now.

With the stunt being underwater they also need to hold their breath for as long as they can too. Ridhi did learn scuba diving for Savitri but they have oxygen masks. Without it its difficult.
