ingredients:

Palak (spinach) - 1 bunch washed

Aata- 5 cups

Oil- 3 cups

salt to taste

Greenchillies- 4

For Raitha:

Yogurt- 2cups

Sour cream-1cup

salt to tast

Onion-1

Tomato-1

Green chillies-2

Coriander -2stems

Grind Spinach and greenchillies into ta fine paste. Add this paste to the Dry aata with salt and form it into chappathi dough texture. Roll them into 3inch circles and fry them in oil.

Mix yogurt, sourcream, chopped tomatoes,onions and green chillies and salt.

Serve with hot palak puri.
