2 boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup yogurt
salt, pepper, chilli powder, garam masala, lemon.

Firt cut the chicken breast into small/medium pieces and marinate them with yogurt, salt, lemon juice and all the masalas above. Leave it for 1 hour in the fridge.

Preheat the oven for 400 degrees and then put the marinated chicken pieces in an aluminum tray and bake it in the oven until they become brown (almost cooked).

1 onion
6 cloves garlic
1 spoon ginger
6 green chili peppers
1 tomato
1/2 cup tomato sauce

** cut the onions, garlic, ginger and peppers in small pieces and sautee it in a frying pan until brown. Add the tomatoes and the tomato sauce until everything mixes well. Add water to make desired level of curry. Now add the baked chicken pieces and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

It is ready to be served. It's better to keep the water lever low so the curry will be thick.

Hello "Wilu",

For butter chicken, use the same ingredients above and instead of baking the chicken, just cook them normally.

In the "tadka" add a spoon of sour cream and 4 spoons of butter and about 4 spoons of yogurt. Add all the spices above & cook the "tadka" for 10 minuts adding small amounts of water. Then add the chicken and cook until chicken pieces are tender.(also for this curry you should not cut the onions, but grind them)

tadka - onions, green chilis, ginger and garlic cooked together.

Let me know how it turns out.
