guys, i think that abhi would die next week...amma and kad both had a strong feeling that something bad's gonna happen plus harman isn't feling well too....well, i think that abhi's accident will take place while harman and riya's engagement is going on and harman may have a severe heart attack and will be rushed to the hospital where abhi would also be taken. abhi would then give his heart to harman..this would probably be the noble deed kad was referring to...
