KESAR Update for: Monday (05-16-05)

1. Kesar apologizes to Abhi, Amma, Natasha, and Anand for what happened at the party. Natasha tells Kesar that she should be the one to apologize since Vikram is her uncle. Abhi tells both of them that it's Anand who should feel sorry for the way he behaved. Amma tells Anand that he should have controlled himself. Anand tells them that he would not apologize for he didn't do anything. He tells them that he is the son in law of the Mallyas but they treat him like trash. Natasha takes him away from there.

2. Rudra is in his room, thinking about something, when Pam comes in. She tells him that she wants to tell him something but he tells her that before she says anything, he wants to ask her something. He asks her whether it's true that Vikram tried to get Mannu's thumbprints when he died and she says yes. He tells her that she didn't even care to tell him and that if Kesar hadn't told him, he wouldn't have ever found out. He asks her as to why did she support Vikram. She turns her back on him, with tears in her eyes and is unable to tell him the truth. She tells him that Vikram realized his past mistakes and apologized. He asks her as to how could she easily forgive the person who took advantage of his dad's death and who was responsible for throwing Dadaji and Dadi out of the house. He tells her that he feels ashamed of himself for living under the same roof as Vikram. Pam tells him to listen to her but he asks her to leave.

3. Abhi brings dinner for Kesar in her room, as none of them ate anything at the party. While having dinner, Abhi tells her that she wasn't asked anything about him during the game. Kesar tells him that she knows him well. He asks her about his favorites and she is able to answer them correctly. Abhi says something and they both start laughing. Just then, Kesar's phone rings and when she answers it, she hears Rudra's voice. He tells her that he is feeling very alone. He tells her that when he was in jail, he wanted to come back home but now that he is home and needs her the most, she is not around him. He asks her whether she could meet him but she tells him that she can't, as it is very late and is about to hang up but Rudra tells her not to put down the phone. He starts crying and she tells him not to cry. Tears start falling from her eyes, too. Abhi then leaves from the room but Kesar doesn't notice him. Abhi tells himself that whenever he brings a smile on Kesar's face, Rudra brings tears in her eyes. ('Bepanha' song plays).

4. Anand is furious over what happened at the party. He tells Natasha that they keep insulting him but never say a word against Ryan. He also tells her that Kesar had told everyone that he is helping out in Abhi's business but whatever Abhi owns belongs to him and he will get it back. Natasha tells him that he is wrong about Abhi but Anand tells her not to tell him what to do, as she is not his wife. He tells her that Vikram was telling him not to cross his limits but he never did cross his limits at all. He tells her that she has been living with him in his room for a long time but he never came near her.

5. In the morning, when Pam wakes up, she finds a letter from the blackmailer along with a picture of Vikram with Rudra as a child. Pam gets scared.

6. Kesar and Abhi try to convince Amma to undergo an operation. Anand tells Amma to listen to Kesar, as she is still living with them because of her operation. Abhi tells Anand to think before he says anything.

7. Rudra is about to leave for the office when Vikram stops him and tells him that they would go together but Rudra tells him that he wants to go alone. He also warns him not to come close to him. Before he leaves, he takes blessings from Mannu's photo, hanged on the wall. After he leaves, Pam tells Vikram about the letter and tells him that the blackmailer must be someone from their house. Vikram tells her that Ryan must be behind this. Soumya overhears their conversation and smiles.

8. Kesar is leaving for the hospital with Amma when Pam calls. Abhi answers the phone and tells her that Kesar is taking Amma to the doctor and won't be able to talk to her.

9. At the hospital, when the doctor takes Amma inside his clinic, Kesar calls Pam and Pam tells her that she wants to meet her urgently. After taking Amma home, Kesar meets Pam. Pam tells Kesar the truth about Vikram being Rudra's real father. Kesar is shocked.
