Kesar and Kadambari give birth at the same time but Kadambari gives birth to a boy through normal method whereas Kesar has a c-section and gives birth to a girl. The police is after Kadambari for forgery and Kadambari exchanges her son with Kesar's girl as nobody knows wht Kesar had even Kesar herself. Kadambari leaves with Kesar's girl and puts her in an orphanage with a letter to Kesar.
Kesar does not let Rudra touch the child as she has found out that Rudra actually killed abhi and framed Harman. The doctor is shocked that the children were swapped and decides to hide the truth and burns the evidence. The warden in the orphanage reads the letter and goes to kesar. Kesar upon reading the letter in which kadambari claims the girl is hers and abhi's and asks kesar to adopt the girl without telling anyone that it is kadambari's child. Kesar agrees thinking it as a way to make up for rudra's guilt.
Harman finds out that kadambari has run away with the child and nobody knows wht she gave birth to.
