it was an accident. he & rudra were fighting on the day of harman-riya's engagement. pam & vikram saw them fighting & vikram had hit him at the back of his head w/ a steel rod. he falls on rudra & rudra, partly-unconscious, pushes him & he falls in the pool & drowns..

well, rudra thought that abhi had bad intentions when he asked kesar to spend a night w/ him but abhi actually did that to give kesar the file with the papers of their house..
