Update for Monday (11-07-05)

Kadambari gets a package from someone. Amma asks her to open it. When she does, she finds a cassette tape inside. She plays the tape and hears the voice of the man who used to give her the threatening calls. The man reveals that he was behind the accident on Diwali and demands for Rs. 20 Lacs if she doesn't want to be harmed again. Amma tells Kad to give in to the caller's demands and tells her that they should inform Harman as well but Kad asks her not to trouble Harman.

In the office, Kad speaks to a man and tells him that she'd pay him after he does her work. Anand spies on her. Kad tells the man to call home after she calls him. After the man leaves, one of her workers enter with a bag of money and tells her that he withdrew the Rs. 20 Lacs she asked him to. Anand is surprised. After the man leaves, Kad sees Anand outside her office and tells herself that she will teach him a lesson.

Kesar blames herself for never trying to understand things from Rudra's point of view. She decides to make up for her mistake.

Kesar asks Harman whether he'd take Rudra back in his company if she says sorry to him. She however tells him that she still thinks that she didn't do anything wrong by returning the earrings to him. Harman asks her whether she is not worried about her self-respect this time. Kesar tells him that it means nothing in front of her love for Rudra. Harman tells her that he would take Rudra back on the condition that she accepts the earrings from him. He gives he the earrings and she takes it. After she leaves, Harman smiles and tells himself that he has just realized why Abhi loves Kesar so much.

When Kad returns home, the man calls her and gives her the directions of how he would take the money from her. Amma offers to come along. Anand decides to go after them.

Amma and Kad are at the bus stop. Anand is behind them in a 'burkha'. Inside the bus, a man bumps into Anand and he recognizes the man as the one Kad was speaking to in the office. The man approaches Amma and Kad and takes the bag of money from Kad.

When Rudra returns home, Kesar shows him the earrings and tells him that she has accepted it. She says sorry to him and promises not to hurt him anymore. She also tells him that she has apologized to Harman as well and he said that he would take him back in his company. Rudra asks her as to why did she create a big fuss about the whole thing in the first place. Kesar tells him that she did this for him, otherwise she wouldn't have accepted the earrings had it not been for him. He asks her whether she is trying to imply that she did him a huge favor by asking Harman to take him back. Kesar tells him that he always misunderstands her and that it is very difficult to speak to him these days. Rudra tells her that he feels the same about her. Kesar feels bad.

When Anand returns home, he tells Amma that Kad is behind all the threats and that he saw the man who took the bag from them in the bus in her office. He is about to call the police but Kad stops him. She tells Amma that Anand is behind all these. She phones two men Mr. Gupta and Mr. Rastogi, requesting them to come home.
