Update for Thursday (11-03-05)

Upon seeing Kesar, Pam leaves. Kesar asks Rudra as to why did he lie to her about the earrings. Rudra tells her that if he told her the truth, she wouldn't have taken it. He tells her that Harman bought presents for everyone and asked him to give those earrings to her from his (Rudra) side and he couldn't refuse him, as he had already bought the earrings. Kesar tells him that he shouldn't' have taken it, as Harman has done too much for them and she doesn't want him to be too dependent on Harman. Rudra tells her that everyone's blaming him but he was just thinking of their happiness. Kesar tells him that Harman is doing this so that he could make him do whatever he wants in the future. Rudra shouts at her and tells her to return the earrings if she wants to, as he made a mistake giving them to her.

The doctor checks on Kad and tells Amma that she has suffered a minor injury. Amma thanks Harman for saving Kad. After the doctor leaves, Kad tells Amma that she doesn't want to stay there anymore, as she is certain that this was done on purpose. She is about to leave when Harman stops her. He pleads her not to leave Amma and tells her that he would be responsible for the safety of her and her child from now on and will see to it that those who threatened her would be caught. Kad decides to stay back.

Pam is in her room when Vikram comes. He tells her that he found out that she wanted to donate some money on behalf of Mannu. He gives her some cash but she refuses to take it. Vikram, however, convinces her to take it. Soumya sees this and is upset.

Kesar asks Harman as to why did he give her such an expensive gift. She returns the earrings to him but he tells her that he doesn't accept returned gifts. Just then, Riya enters the room. Kesar gives those earrings to her but Harman tells her not to get it. Riya gets scared and leaves it on the table, then leaves. Kesar tells him that it's not right to keep his wife-to-be in fear. Before she leaves, she warns him not to come between her and Rudra.

Soumya confronts Vikram about the money he gave Pam. Both of them end up arguing.

Harman tells Rudra that Kesar has been irritating him for the past few days and that she doesn't want him to work with him so he has decided not to let him work with him anymore. Rudra is shocked. Harman tells him that he doesn't want to be the cause of fights between him and Kesar. Rudra is furious at Kesar.

Rudra goes to the room and tells Kesar that Harman has finally taken him out of his company, as she has always wanted. He tells her that he'd be sitting at home the whole day while she works. He tells her that he told her a thousand times not to say anything to Harmon but she never listened to him. Kesar tells him that she didn't know that Harman would do this. Rudra tells her that when they lost everything, Harman came forward to help them. He also tells her that he has a lot of responsibilities but doesn't even have any means to earn money. He tells her that she should learn to adjust to the condition they are in instead of being too selective but all she cares about is her self-respect. Kesar feels bad.
