It's because right from the time he learnt that Saachi is selling him to coming out and talking to her. His expressions were flat and didn't convey shock.

Afterwards when he spoke to his father ki becha to becha par khareeda to aapne was good.

Next episode as per precap will see angry young man DV...I dont really think too much for the show now...as i find it all backwaas...but keeping my brain aside...I am still intrested to see this tough and rude side of DV.
