DV is fighting case against Pradeep, not PE - Page 2

I agree with u in the part that when our parents says us to sign a paper we don't go thru it.As we have faith in them ,that they won't let us into any kind of trouble.But the point is,DV knew he was fighting against PE.It was also told that a bigger client like PE is after the land.In an episode it was shown.Then how come he doesn't feel the need to find out the entity of PE?

I fought a case with a famous British lawyer few years back. She was working so much into documents..So formal and so much step by step... If some issues do not need to take action, she did not touch it until a reply or situation demand.. Because it make the case more chaotic, if you put everything together.

In documents DV is not fighting PE at all and he even will not be able to mention this in the court.

Trying to buy some one's land is not a crime.. On top of it Praadeep is an adult, so why he is listening to PE and fighting with own sister. First it need to be proved, the land is not pradeep's at all. after that PE issue comes. Here Praadeep and Sunil was up to divide the parental property... PE does not play any role in family property... If some one want to buy the property, it is completely legal and DV was blaming Pradeeep previously for that...

Here PE want to buy the property... PE is not a criminal at all.. So DV did not find it is important to find out . The challenge was to prove the land is not Praadeep's property.. and last time the case was regarding if Saachi took the praadeep's land for 5 years contract or not.

PE had no role in the court case. Now PE did the confrontation with DV and now DV know, how aggressive his brother is for the property. Now everything is clear to him after the confrontation.. before that PE's extreme exploitation was hidden from Saachi and DV
