DV is fighting case against Pradeep, not PE

From moral point DV is fighting against himself as a Lawyer.

its not abt why he dint read those papers but y he dint know abt it after taking the case under his charege ..

Untill now PE was third party. PE did not involve itself, just was fuelling Pradeep to run the court case against Saachi..

It is a court case between Saachi and Praadeep, so logically DV does not need to know, who want to buy the land.. because the people who want to buy the land are the third party. Here the case is regarding Praadeep own the land or not...

Nothing to do with PE, at all.. DV and Saachi just know, some one called PE want to buy the land and this is why Praadeep is trying to snatch the land. So here DV's work is to justify the land own er is Saachi, not Pradeep... So what PE is doing here..

But recent signature forgery by Praadeep, made the case bit weak, this is why DV's brother came at front with a new plan, to convince DV..

agree but despite being a third party; PE is actively involved in this land case...

But officially he is fighting case against Pradeep, not against PE.. Please everybody remember. So as a third party PE is not important for the case. PE is just interested to buy the land property !

Many people complained, why he did not read the paper of his father , before he signed it.. I understand he is a lawyer, but still, when father asked to sign, it is different. May be he was not aware that his father is such a bad person.

I want to give you two example.

----I never sign anything without reading it...

But if my father ask me to sign a paper, I will do it, without reading it. Because I trust him that much.. What ever he will say I will trust and will sign. It is parents, come one... !! I know my parents are honest nice people, so I will trust them.

But in DV's case thought his father is Business oriented, but he still know his father will not put him into any trouble, so he signed.

Well it looks funny, but parents are powerful in our life, indeed, on top of it our DV is so much emotional person, who could fall in love for Saachi, He belong to that level of depth . He could reach the depth of Saachi, so he is a guy, who see things emotionally, when it is relation. It is logical, but he is a young lawyer and he is still learning.

PE is actively involved, but we viewers know it. DV or Saachi does not know it at all.. They just know PE want to Buy the land , so Praadeep is playing all the game..They were not aware of the PE is involved in every idea. They just know PE as a bade client...😊

I agree with u in the part that when our parents says us to sign a paper we don't go thru it.As we have faith in them ,that they won't let us into any kind of trouble.But the point is,DV knew he was fighting against PE.It was also told that a bigger client like PE is after the land.In an episode it was shown.Then how come he doesn't feel the need to find out the entity of PE?
