@vinee they not only made him a fool but certainly not trust worthy to a responsible person like Saachi. Now where does the title Jee Le Zara come in?
Here are a few points I would like to bring attention back to it may sound repetitive but do give it a read and comment all of you who are feeling so much for the way they are killing the character.
1) Does a man of 27 who throws his take away paper glass out of a car, who has access to call the tow truck will not ask the tow truck to drop him to the nearest point to city (panchgani) centre? this is what everybody ordinarily does.
2) Now showing about heartattack like situation on street to get a ride has been shown and glorified by hindi films so much that every common person knows it is not right. Those who have seen a heart patient suffer cant forget it in their life time. SO Saachi getting angry is valid. But the way DV lightens it is it the way a 27 year old US returned lawyer who was a footballer in university behaves? SO isn't that immature and downright abhorring?
3) I won't comment on confusion as I have realistically seen worse confusions being created in life and hours taken to clear it.
4) A responsible ,caring DV is how it was started; he can understand that his landlady is flirting with him and handles it beautifully, but, cannot understand that Saachi needs and wants time alone to vent her feeling when she has a minor accident after she loses the contract. He hovers around very well knowing her emotions adding further stress. How many of us here would like it if a stranger saw us crying and intervenes even after we show clear signs of being fine and not being physically hurt? SO does it mean in that a woman like Saachi has to always bottle her feelings?
5) Actually in reality men like DV assess such situations in seconds take leave of the person . They go a slight distance and keep a watch out to see if the woman truly needs help. Return after a while and do whatever is required.
6) Just to lighten a woman's mood or to see what makes her tick, once help is offered men like Dv don't keep talking 19 to a dozen as shown. SO were the CVs trying to say that DV is mentally 19 an arrogant rich brat who just has had the chance to polish his gift of gab?
7) Since PE came up, Dv was silent. How come Saachi who notices every thing never notices this? ok chodo this way. How come DV never calls his family regarding the case to know who and how deep the involvement of people concerned is? Children from business families even at college have at their finger tips what each family member is involved in and to what depth. Yes I know this for a fact as I started my career teaching in a commerce based college. The higher they go in education regardless of their richness, this is the first thing they do.
8) How is it that DV who wants to create his own name apart from his family does not give attention to details be it the court case or be it talking to Sunil after saachi and his relationship is made public.
9) how is it that a man like DV goes up in front of everyone in a wedding hall to accuse a person of drinking alcohol? No Marwadi, jetset rich man does it. They are trained in the family to do such thing quietly and with elan.
Later on many point have been discussed thread bare. So I won't mention them. But all these points does it show that the CVs don't know any details of the lifestyle that they are showing? or does it mean they are not bothering to show any thing right? quality always speaks. It teaches the limited and the ignorant the distinction between things. That is what all the old serials in DD which are mentioned in many posts here on the thread did regardless of rural India, urban India or tier 2,3,4 cities. Visual medium is very powerful. So why is it that JLZ producers have resorted to dole out the mind numbing opium of senselessness to people? If this continues the present viwership will change and they will be left with teh very kind that sees other mindless stuff.
