Two instances in yesterday's episode made me realize how over-confident Ankita is about herself and her friendship with DV...

Firstly, she was OTT with the whole 'damsel-in-distress' act when they found her in the cottage. Only semblance of some decent acting was how she reacted to the 'breaking news' 😛

Back to the point... Anki's over-confidence 🥱

1) When she talks of DV's past flings... the Shanaya's, Ria's and Tanisha's. Well, what makes her think she is 'THE ONE' and will not be one of the many Shanaya's n Ria's in DV's life?! Going by the way she behaves, I don't think any guy can tolerate a girl so OTT! Anki seems to be living in this misconception that DV can't live his life without her. Again... being a friend and lover are 2 different things.

2) Precap - Her over-confidence hit the roof when she said to Dils that DV-Saanchi are bound to break up and that's when DV will need her and Saanchi will need Dils for support! Yeah right!

yeah... she has an overdose of confidence.. Anki has seen DV the free man so for to her to understand this new changed DV is tough...

^^ Yeah... its tough, and understandably so. I liked how she reacted to him being in love. And she has the right to her opinion with regards to his lifestyle and society not accepting DV-Saanchi relationship. What irks me is that she thinks and believes DV can never change... its like she's the Miss Know-It-All about DV.

All said and done... from the precap it does look like she is leaving for now only to return later and be one of the many obstacles in SaRuv relationship. I just hope the CV's handle this well... I don't want her to turn negative. I'd prefer Anki to have her reservations about SaRuv relationship in the beginning... like everyone had/will have... and then maybe turn to understand that yes, DV has indeed found his soulmate in Saanchi 😳

^^ True... Backbiting about your friend is not friendship. But right now, she is less of a friend and more of a jilted lover! She is bitter about the fact that DV chose Saanchi over her... 🥱

What I would love to see is she not being the typical negative character and actually being a true friend... understanding DV's love for Saanchi and later standing by him.

Too much to ask? 😕

@bold-OH!! how much I would love this ,Anky track to progress like this.But in most of the Indian soaps I have seen this third angle turning into negative /psycho.They just couldn't handle the third angle well...only going thru tried and tested method.It would be lovely ,if she realizes DV is in love with Sanchi and it's not a mere crush and stands by him like a true friend ...just like Dilz.

But may be as u said...we r expecting too much from CV's.

True that... in most Indian soaps, the 3rd angle always turns out negative and major psychos!! In case of JLZ... I'm hoping they continue to be different. They started a different love story... and keeping it that way is all we ask for!
