I some how can understand Sanchi's POV..she is insecure and not without a reason...Everything that she has loved in her life has left her (remember the episode when DV first confesses his love, in the rain?) She actually says that to him that he should leave otherwise his career will be destroyed...etc...Then the fact that her parents died on her birthday...Its not an easy thing to take in...Considering the fact that she is surrounded by great people like Ulka...there must have been times when ULKa's talks would have made her feel guilty...
When you talk about her success as a business woman, it does not certify anything.. We are different people at work and in personal life. At work, objectivity rules in most cases but relationships are different...we operate from the heart.
Now, despite all these issues, she has accepted the fact that she loves DV. DV's assurances about his mother played a great role in calming her down. However, she met his mother and things went for a toss.
