No absolutely all right of that...my husband is one person who is also younger to me and has been someone who has valued me the most wherever he goes...my love for him got stronger with this particular trait that's why I asked him...as I have mentioned earlier he felt that DV should have given company to Saachi but he felt even she needs to show more right on him as cornering yourself everytime to let others stand in front is not always correct. I am sure DV who may have not paid so much heed to this will understand if Saachi will discuss if with him instead of leaving the party like this. Afterall DV should be given a chance to make amends...
May be everyone seems to be correct at their point of view, need to wait & watch on Monday that what wud be Saanchi's reaction & how wud DV handle the situation & make her realize coz it's the first time Saanchi has come out since 15 yrs & leading such lively lovely life for the first time & that too such a high profile party coz till now her world surrounds just within her family, her farm & small town life where she is not at all aware of such lifestyle. So obviously her reaction wud be like that & a women like Saanchi who belongs to conservative family can't show right on her bf so soon/overnight as it comes slowly (based on personal experience) & DV knows very well about all this so he had to be bit careful while taking her to such parties, while he was in Panchgani his whole concentration was on Saanchi all the while at least a bit of the same concentration he wud have been shown in the party as Saanchi seems to be very conscious/nervous all the while (she also mentioned the same to DV & even Priya gave lecture on this to DV) & she doesn't even know anyone in the party.😲
I somewhere feel that right is not there because of age difference which is always there in her mind. She feels that a younger women will always be superior to her. This is what is practical too, if we compare DV and Ankita pair so they are more acceptable as a couple for the sheer physical similarity of age and looks. This happens in a new relationship and more when its so unconventional. What Saachi needs to understand is that DV has had it all his life which he has openly accepted since the beginning of the show..so it's not that these things are coming in his life only now when he has proposed Saachi and now when he is getting another girl, he would leave her.. With time and constant reassurance from DV's side only these insecurities will ultimately go. But before that Saachi will rethink of their relation every now and then and on any new incident, and I am glad that makers are raising these issues too.
Secondly I accept that DV needed to care more for Saachi, he was not always there with her but somehow even Saachi did not make an effort to be with him when she was seeing people pulling him from everywhere. Since the beginning Rishabh Bhaiya dragged DV to meet daadi and she in the middle stopped to give water to a girl. What she did was very nice but then she dint also come where DV was. Right after meeting daadi, DV started looking for Saachi but she was not there. DV would have gone looking for her in the party but he saw Sammy and got there meeting him. Even with Sammy he discussed only Saachi and even got him to meet her.
Even when he went to get water, he made Sammy stay with Saachi. When Priya was talking to Saachi to make her feel better then also we saw he came looking for Saachi. He made Saachi meet Pihu and they both gave her gift together.
When he was making plans with Ram Kapoor and company then obviously he would not have taken Saachi. Even then he did not forgot to share about Saachi, that he loves a women older to him in age and these issues don't matter. When he met Ankita then also Saachi was there. Whenever DV went on stage for both the dance performances Saachi was there. Ankita had asked DV for the dance before and he had refused, instead he asked Saachi for dance. And c'mon right on the stage when ankita reasked for a dance then maybe it got too much for him to refuse a friend twice. Maybe here Ankita's persistence created this problem. Saachi so easily left the two and then it was no random girl asking DV to dance...DV has his responsibilities towards his childhood friend too so it was somewhere right on his part to stay there for a dance with ankita. On dance steps, I somehow wanna blame BALH makers...but DV's expressions were different with ankita than with Saachi.
Seeing the episode again, I realised that DV could have made some more efforts to make Saachi at ease in that unknown party but then will it not become clishe. DV is always shown a human, making errors. He is young and he is a guy and many a times such things are very casual for guys, even he never expected any special care in any party at Saachi's place...he was always comfortable since beginning which he needs to understand Saachi is not...and he could have given more time but I also feel, however he wanted to he just could not...but such thing need to be told to him by Saachi and if again he repeats then its blunder...
