haven't watched the episode..i was apprehensive to watch coz of slap..and yesterday precap..but thanks Anu for such beautiful write up..will watch it now..

LOL arey filmy toh show waise hi hai...but yeah I bet all of them were laughing so hard even while DOING the scene...just for that I'd want to see the BTS of the scene😆

Sangeeta is a veteran, yes...I've seen her way back in Des Mein when the TV scene was SIMPLER and hadn't yet been FULLY invaded by the K brigade😆...but honestly she's grown as an actress beyond my wildest imagination! Back then Sangeeta only had a reputation for being a "sexy' actress😆...that was the only label she had in any show she did...so I was very VERY pleasantly surprised to see the way she's played Saachi...with such maturity in her acting...she may have taken a sabbatical but it seems like her acting skills only got honed even in hibernation😆

LMAO! Today is a day of surprises for me! I had no idea you knew about those essays! 😲

I had them in my sigbox for a year because I had nothing else to watch and I do like them, LOL...But they've been displaced from my sigbox now, obviously, because...well...RM-SG, enough said. Oh, oh! DP has changed, avi has not! I keep forgetting about that. 😛 😆 (THAT league...all the "thats" are confusing me now, haha.) My TV viewing journey has been rather interesting...I've still got a soft corner for some couples even though I know that the shows were terrible or the acting was...meh...to put it vaguely 😆 Hopeless me, with my inexplicable emotional attachments. There are always those moments where I look back at certain shows and think, "How did I sit through this? And why?" 😆 But hey, it's all thanks to you that I'm here watching this and writing really long posts here, too...If I had more time, I'd have made my own super long essay topics, maybe...But I end up doing the same thing here anyway in more moderation because I love your lists...So thank you again! 😆 Still don't know if this is a blessing or a curse because I'm completely attached to DV-Saachi now...😳 😆 Nah, definitely a blessing.

About Sangeeta...Oh, back in the days when the K Brigade hadn't invaded everywhere...I haven't got much of an idea about those days, LOL. I did manage to watch a few random snippets of some of Sangeeta's previous shows...I totally sensed the "sultry" image in some of them...And NB took that to another level, LOL, with the duo of Sangeeta and Shabbo 😆 From what I saw, though, she was quite a good actress...Some of the DMNHC stuff I saw made me all emotional because there was an underlying sensitivity in the way she said her dialogues and all...Even the dramatic ones didn't seem OTT-dramatic when she was saying them.

But yeah, I couldn't have picked a better show to become acquainted with Sangeeta (and Ruslaan!) and now I'm permanently in awe of her...I agree about the hibernation bit...Certainly seems like it, especially if you were that surprised! 😆 If that could happen to even a few of the younger people on the Indian TV scene today, there would possibly be more good stuff to watch...Maybe...🤔 Or maybe Sangeeta is just exceptional like that. It was interesting watching Sangeeta's ZNKD2 stuff also...Any of her dance performances for that matter...She's so expressive that I always find myself getting pulled into the stories she tells, conveying emotion using her body and eyes...Sometimes it's fun...other times I end up getting so, so emotional...The woman is brilliant.

Ruslaan's charm has been an absolute delight to watch so far...He's so charismatic...I guess he just needed a push to REALLY bring out the hibernating talent in him...Now that we're getting into more of a balance between playful romance and intense emotional stuff, I'm excited to see where he goes from here! Such a sincere guy, he is...And he is SUCH a hard worker, genuinely dedicated to actually improving his skills and range as an actor, so kudos to him for that!

Woohoo, rambling and gushfests! That was me taking a break from my post-updating...😆 Back to work...😆

Thread is buzzing today... I am pleasantly surprised that we are able to enjoy the so called sad episode also and appreciate the actors..

And Anu, on the yard stick of acting these two are in a bit higher level ... that's all I can say.

@Bhanu: Not "a bit higher" for me...I think they've got a nice yardstick of their own with only their names engraved on it...RM+SG 😆 Maybe SG has her own yardstick apart from that also...

@Manali: Yep, still writing, trying to fight all these distractions. Oh, you're waiting? 😲 I'm at the halfway mark! 😆 God, this show...So much good stuff, even on depressing days! *shakes head with a smile* I'll let you know when I'm done, theek hai?

As for Sangeeta...haha yeah I remember her Shabbo waale NB days...they were cute together...I think ppl used to ship them on that show too...lol...I haven't seen much of her ZNKD stint...

Re: Des mein...I guess the whole TV scene was so RAW back then...plus Pammi as a character became annoying for me very quickly :P...Saachi I can connect with much more.

@Bhanu: LOL yeah this thread is surprisingly buzzing despite the sad epi...well I'd say when pathos is well executed it makes for good discussion...one doesn't get bogged down in depression.

watched the epi..loved it..why i feel dailouges writer are partial towards DV/RM..they give him such meaningful and beautiful dailouges to him :P.. loved RM today..he was at his best..and one more beautiful BG song..wish we could get the compilation of all the BG score in one..

So I just caught the episode. Loved DV's dialogues! Every single one. If SG is best at emotional scenes, RM is no less. He definitely has come a long way from the grinning dude to this passionate lover who will stand up for what is right. Ofcourse it does help that he is lawyer too..😉

I am not very impressed with Saachi's dialogues today. If she cant fight for herself, how will she fight for them?! Because clearly convincing aaji does not end their woes..!

I loved DIlz too. Epitome of warmth and friendliness yet curt and blatant where it counts.. Kudos to Dilz for blasting off at Prabhus...

Pre cap: I am not sure what exactly should I make of Aaji's expressions..but we will leave it there..

So DV fought for his love today..did not care a damn! Will the brave lover stand against his own family if needed?!
