because of the following reasons
1. from the start she told dv that she cannot proceed without her family's consent.but dv assured her that he would convince them.but he developed cold feet twice.😡
2.she is a very respectable person with responsibilty unlike dv who does not seem to have his own source of income. he is dependent on his family for every thing. if saanchi were to elope how would he run his own house hold if his patents were to throw them out.😕
3. he cannot resort to goondaism while convincing aaji and naani. in good families speaking to elders in a loud voice also is not acceptable.. no self respecting person will accept their loved ones to be spoken to harshly.😲
4.if he was not able to convince them then instead of going away he could have brought his aaji or naani (definitely he has at least one, since he is from a big family) to convince them. when people from the same generation speak it is more acceptable.👏
5.also dv could have brought his parents into the picture as soon as he realised the the going would be tough, instead of forcing saanchi to do all the sacrifice.
6. saanchi can definitely learn to live without dv because she has learnt to live without her parents since a very young age.
7. dv does not seem to be capable of withstanding the hardships of life , remember he became sick on getting drenched in the rain and appeared dizzy waiting for saanchi in the sun without breakfast.
8.saanchi has been responsible all her life unlike dv who has stayed on in panchagani without meeting his mom whom he loves a lot. what is the guarantee that he will not do the same to saanchi down the line ?.
9. what if dv 's parents too refuse to accept them and disown him, then what will he do?
hence i feel that one should always have a support system like family to help them just in case.
as i said i feel saanchi is right. the writers are being very realistic which is very evident from the ward robe of the starcast. they are dressed up just like you or me. kudos to the jlz team. stick to your story line👏👏👏.
