He showed sensitivity and patience which are very important to communicating with a family member. Aaji was scared since she felt situation is out of control. Dhruv and Saachi both showed empathy, politeness, and respect to grandmas. Saachi also hugged them, console them and both answered their questions. Dhruv ensured a family member receives quality care from the medical staff by being present at the time of Adu's tests.
